The room is clean and easy to stay! A good experience!

This is a great apartment for a short stay in the city. Good value, clean, comfortable, cosy and excellently located. The fridge, microwave and kettle were all really convenient. Good size for two people…not as tight as we expected. Communications about how to get access and amenities in the area were really clear. Would recommend.

Our location and amenities were excellent, very friendly welcoming by a manager who explained the workings of the studio as there is no concierge. Our communication with the manager was thru email then on . If we had any question, anything else , email was promptly answered. The place was also handy for making a quick meal because we enjoy the occasional home made food. The tours we scheduled were also happy with our location, easy pick up and drop off. We also enjoyed the quiet peace at night , all in all positive experience!

The apartment provided everything we needed for our short stay. It was clean and a good size for our family of 4. The owner was friendly and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The location is what makes this stand out. In the center of Reykjavík and only one street away from the main shopping area. There is a well served bus stop right outside the front door. The only negative is that the kitchen could benefit from some additional utensils, particularly a pair of scissors and a sharp knife. Highly recommended, mainly due to the fantastic location.

For starters, the hosts are extremely nice and very communicative when we had questions! The location could not be more perfect for someone who wants to be near everything; direct access to top notch bakeries and restaurants, short walk to the shoreline (less than 5 mins and viewable from the corner), and walkable distance to the city centre for more sights and bus stops for tours (less than 10 mins). The room itself was just like the pictures, no surprises, which is always nice! Had everything we needed- nice bed, tv, refrig/freezer, microwave,stovetop, kitchenware and private bathroom. Another great feature was the couch (pulls out for extra sleeping) and the table. We would come "home" and review the day on the couch and eat our breakfast at the table- it made it feel like home! Location felt safe and the room was clean; housekeeping came once to empty trash and new towels.

Great hotell with great helpful staff. I stayed at the hotell at two times. inbetween I went hiking. It was possible to leave luggage on the room. When i returned they had already put my luggage in the new room. Comfortable bed and a small pentry where you can prepare easy meals such as breakfast. Good location within walking distance to many of Reykjavik's sights and restaurants. Strongly recomended!
