Such an amazing hotel! Everything was excellent. We stayed there for 8 nights with a 1 y.o baby in August. They serve great, fresh and tasty food everyday. The room is spacious, welcoming and very clean!! The pool area is awesome, there are 3 pools! Every night there is a dance or a live show. The staff are super friendly and nice! Ready to help you anytime you need them. They made an extraordinary effort to serve us and made our stay in the hotel great. We really enjoyed the hotel facilities including the gym, the private beach, the dining room and the pool area. We would definitely come back for another vacation! Thank you Apollo Beach

這個酒店在RODOS的新城區靠海邊，因為是冬天沒有遊客，酒店很便宜，但是酒店的設施沒有因為沒有遊客而減少，暖氣都有，服務超好，早餐超級豐富，雖然我就看到我一個人在吃早餐，酒店走下去三分鐘就有公交站巴士到機場，到老城大概就10-15分鐘，到LINDOS有公家車才6歐元，很方便。

We booked a 5 day holiday in rhodes town, which included, flights, transfers and accommodation at the City Plus Hotel We knew it was a 2star and thats fine , we loved the location and surrounding area Bering in mind its only a 2 Star and we were very pleased with the room , comfortable beds ,not soft , quite firm , perfect Breakfast was not included, so that was extra €9 and have to say it was Lovely, something for everyone, even bacon eggs and sausage The jewel in the crown are the staff A family run establishment and we arrived as guests but left as friends Especially Jannis and Thassos Thank you so very much for making our little holiday , a wonderful experience and we will definitely return Paul an Dave

Had the best time here! Met so many people from all over the world. Hospitality was incredible, beds were comfy, clean room, felt safe. Staff were super friendly around the clock. Air con didn’t work in our bedroom but worked in the kitchen area so we just kept the door open for ventilation and it was bare able. Despite the fires, the hostel helped us feeling safe the whole holiday, and worked efficiently throughout the black outs.

NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL Our group of 6 people arrived at this hotel and was checked in by a young man on the night shifts. We had 1 twin room & 4 singles. 3 of our party ended up in their annex which was a 7 minute walk away and we we’re supposedly upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony along with another of our party. Due to overbooking he had to move rooms the following day and ended up in the annex with the others which was very inconvenient. Our room was very small for 2 people and the bathroom / wet room is the smallest I have ever seen. No room to put a toilet bag anywhere and everything got soaked when showering. Our towels were changed daily as we had to use them to mop up the floor after showering. The jacuzzi on the balcony was overlooked by the hotels opposite and we only used it once for this reason. The cooked breakfast was lukewarm most mornings and only tinned fruit on offer along with cold meats & cheeses. The cereal seemed stale and the diluted fresh orange wasn’t replenished. It was noisy from the street if you left your doors open. We didn’t use the gym which was quite basic and the sauna was always switched off. We complained about our rooms and the group being separated but no one was interested. Those in their annex had bigger rooms but noise from the bars and the tarpaulin from an adjacent building constantly flapping made it hard to get a decent nights sleep. The location was ok being 10 minutes from the old town and beach with lots of tavernas nearby to eat. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again and I wonder how it got its 4 star rating

Very nice hotel close to the center of Rhodes Town and the beach.
Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
Spacious clean rooms with a balcony. Daily change of towels. Great, helpful and always smiling staff at the reception. I would highly recommend it

JJezza for lifeI recently had the pleasure of staying at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service at this hotel was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome.
The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance.
Now, let's talk about the food – it was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast offered at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was simply exceptional. The variety of options and the quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Each morning, I eagerly looked forward to starting my day with the delicious spread they provided. It was evident that they put a lot of effort into creating a delightful breakfast experience for their guests.
In summary, my experience at 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was fantastic. The service was impeccable, the facilities were impressive, and the food was a real treat. Brief review of our stay in July at Mayia. We arrived late but we were greeted warmly and offered a drink. Check-in was swift (returning guests, so they had all our details) and a short wait to get the buggy to our room. Unfortunately, we weren't provided any food, which was a little disappointing, but it was late, so we just decided to grab a drink and unpack. The food is amazing in all restaurants, including the buffet and street food. Service is great in all of them apart from Wasabi. We didn’t have a good experience. The Greek Resaurant was probably our favourite, for the food and especially the service, they really stood out. Massive improvement from our visit last year. the pool bar is great, the boys are amazing, and they really do go out their way to look after you. I think they could do with a few more tables down there when the hotels full, we had to go back to the room one night as there wasnt anywhere to sit at any of the bars to enjoy a drink. The hotel could probably do with paying a little bit more attention to maintenance, I know its the height of season but we had some issues with the room that really should of been sorted before the next guests check in. Cleaner was really good, mini bar guys were friendly and happy to swap stuff. Last year, we were there October so a bit of a different crowd this time. It was getting a little tiresome having to stop all the time as the influencers / Instagrams were taking the perfect shot! Some were very rude, but thats out the hotels hands, so not their fault, just an observation. Lindos is a must, we caught the bus there and taxi back, dont be put off by the queue for the taxis is goes down really quickly. Overall, it was a nice relaxing stay with amazing food and drink. We will return for a third visit at some point, but we are going to visit some new places first.

The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

PPengguna TetamuThis is a very good hotel, the location is brilliant, 1 minute walk away from the beach. The Old Town where the main attractions are is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive away.
There is parking right out the front free of charge, it can be tricky to find a space, I imagine in the summer it would be difficult but May was fine, I was able to park every day.
The breakfast was fine as well but very busy with not many tables left over. There was also a good choice.
The rooms were clean, although I could not find any controls for the air conditioning so it did get quite stuffy. The air con comes on very briefly when the balcony door is closed and then goes off again after a minute. There were also quite a few small bugs around the balcony door and a few in the bathroom but this may just be because it was very hot in there.
All in all though, a great hotel

Another fantastic stay at the Mitsis Grand our 4th now. We had a room overlooking the front pool (473) and the view was fantastic. Never a problem getting a bed around the front pool. Staff fantastic as usual and good to see some familiar faces from our last visit. Food was great as usual, Pan Asian noodles were great, Italian pork was beautiful. Entertainment was really good, starts about 9am but to get a good seat and table you do need to be there for around 8pm. The band signing the Boney M songs were great and had people up dancing. The only small moan I would have is Now Peter the fitness guy has retired the new fitness guy only does Aquafit once a week whereas it used to be everyday and no daily fitness program as such (this isn't for everyone I know but I looked forward to it on previous visits) Sorry to see the hotel as it is be demolished at the end of the year but hopefully I can afford to go back to the new one lol when it opens. μέχρι την επόμενη φορά Tony

PPengguna TetamuI wonder which rooms were shown for the hotel to get 4 star rating. Based on how our room looked and the breakfast, it cannot get more than 2,5 stars. Pros: great location, friendly staff (but i guess in this line of business friendliness is requires). I’ll put breakfast here, although it was nothing special…continental breakfast with not so many choices, but it is eatable. Cons: room had a whole wall chipping due to water issues in the past. Absolutely no sound proof, the door to the room had a 2cm crqck between the floor and door. So the result was we heard everything and everyone in the hallway. Not only that the guests don’t respect the silence sign, the cleaning ladies as well (cleaning room above ours at 6:30, moving furniture). The toilet/shower was all in one, such a small space that when we showered the water went all around, even wetting the toilet paper. And after you shower, it’s impossible to use the toilet till the next morning, as the floor is flooded and we had to go to the lobby toilet. The sink is moved next to the bad, which is not an issue for me, but the faucet is broken so you can’t close it. For the price they have it’s definitely not worth it.

We visited for a week on our honeymoon and it was the best decision to stay at this hotel: IT WAS PERFECT! The cute and pleasant welcome gift from a hotel was the ideal start of our vacation, which was very thoughtful of a staff. We chose all-inclusive: we had a free mini-bar which was refilled everyday by our choice, the main restaurant where u can east breakfast, lunch and dinner + 3 different restaurants that u can dine in once at each (japanese was the best for us!) Also, there was a “Yummy truck” with tasty burgers (even vegetarian ones and bowls) and “Dream’n’Creams” (with delicious pancakes and ice creams). The food in wholesome was something! Especially in the japanese restaurant the flavours were new to us and we loved it! We red before the bad reviews about the lack of various meals in the restaurant, but we thoughg the opposite - for any time of a day there’s a plenty of food u can choose from! Fruits, vegetables, pancakes, ice creams, bread, cakes, pies, pasta, fishes, different kind of cheese and meat, you name it. Talking about the interior - love it! Reminds boho and arabian at the same time. We had a room with a private pool, but the beach was so good that we stayed moatly at the beach, which was quite (almost all of the families with children were at the general pool. The beach is clean, you can find various activities. We chose a jet-ski, which was super fun, you get 15min for 45€. A HUGE THANKS TO NIKKI AND AL. So kind, caring, professional and always with a smile. It was such a pleasure to meet these people! Also, compliments to a bartender (didn’t get a chance to get his name, as heard it’s Pedro maybe, apologies if wrong) with a long hair and an earring - so professional, funny and always asking if we need something at the beach. Overall all of the staff are such a perfect example how the guests should be greeted. Hopefully we’ll come on our wedding anniversary, because this hotel is the best we’ve ever stayed before at.❤️ P. S. Just a tiny suggestion - we asked a housekeepers for a clean towels few times, because often there were tiny dota on all of the towels which sometimes were replaced sometimes no, so just a suggestion to improve this for others.

PPengguna TetamuWe went as a couple and stayed in a superior studio. The room had twin beds pushed together to make a double. It has a long couch-like seat at the bottom of the bed, with walking space between so you could go out to the balcony. The balcony had a table with 2 chairs. Inside also had a table with 2 chairs. A dressing table with a chair and wall mirror above. A double wardrobe with a safe inside that you can hire. A kitchen area with a fridge inside had a small freezer compartment, pans, cups, glasses, cutlery and plates for both of us, a coffee machine, a two-ring electric hob, and a sink. Towels were provided and the shower was always hot. We had a room on the ground floor with a view of the orange groves. The room was cleaned daily by a friendly bunch of ladies. Lovely pool area with lots of sun loungers and a bar serving food and drinks all day. They also have a spitroast BBQ 2 nights a week and offer guest options of B&B, Breakfast and dinner, or room only. The staff and owners were always very friendly and ready to help. Would definitely stay here again. Only a short work to the main street with lots of bars and restaurants and shops. The pebbled beach was also a short walk from the apartments. We did not go on the beach as had pebbles, but there are lots of sandy beaches to visit some busy and some very private. Just 2 mins from the apartments there is plenty of car/quad/bike rentals, taxis, or bus routes, so easy to explore the island. Only 10 mins drive from the airport. We got a taxi straight outside the airport, and the owner of the apartments phoned us for a taxi back to the airport.

We arrived late it looked very nice ,rooms basic no water in the fridge no kettle etc brought my own, beds in the living area were stone with a matress on my granddaughter didn't complain only place for clothes was the wardrobe in my bedroom . Food in the restaurant was good always found something to eat but the pool snack area was relatively the same every day but kids seem to like it . The bars were not well staffed and with three adults you could still only get 2 alcoholic drinks at a time which was not good after a few days they let us have more ! . The a la carte bar was nice and comfortable but it was €6 a pint and my granddaughter loved the pizza there and the barman was very pleasant. The kids disco was enjoyable for my 6 year old granddaughter because she made some lovely friends there but that is where the evening entertainment was which was supposedly abysmal (we never went because it was stinky and not very comfortable on plastic chairs) luckily we made friends with people and just sat outside the hotel bar . Outside the hotel is nothing really but we went to the rainbow bar to watch the football and beautiful sunsets! and that is a really nice place very friendly staff . Animation team try their best the kids club my 6 year old granddaughter went to did their best took them to the aquapark one day and she drew pictures the rest of the time , they did things round the pool aqua aerobics and water polo nearly every day . To be honest I still had a really good time with my family there but they do need more staff , I know this day and age there are cutbacks everywhere but some people have to save for a long time for a family holiday and I think the management need to realise that and make sure people have a great time . The staff I encountered were all very nice but I think they need more so that they enjoy working .

PPengguna TetamuSo me and my brother flew in from England and stayed the week here, I booked before I looked at reviews then when I saw them i obviously panicked and thought it was gonna be a sh*T show, thankfully it was way better than expected. Firstly the location is great, 10 min walk from old town and the bus station where it costs €5 to go to lindos etc, sea a minute away, plenty of shops and restaurants around. The staff are very friendly and no extra fees were pushed on us, the room was clean, sure a bit of peeled paint was on the walls (not shocked due to humidity of Rhodes) but it was clean and nice. The room was cleaned 4 times in our 7 night stay and we enjoyed our visit, will definitely be staying again. I think some people pay for 2* and expect 5* lmao. For a 2* hotel it was way better than expected.
