O HPlus é um ótimo hotel, com atendimento excelente e ótimas instalações. Apesar de ser aparentemente menor que alguns hotéis, isso se torna uma vantagem, pois torna sua atmosfera mais aconchegante. A suíte Superior Double Room é extremamente confortável e espaçosa e atendeu com folga à nossas necessidades.

Esse hotel fica meio fora da cidade, mas ao lado do Shopping Iguatemi. É o padrão IBIS. Havia uma fila enorme para fazer o check-in. Achei o quarto e o banheiro bem pequenos, mas, como estava sozinha, não tive problemas com isso. Estava lotado e pensei que ouviria barulhos durante a noite, mas foi bem tranquilo. O único problema é que a garagem (que é grande) e o estacionamento descoberto não comportaram a quantidade de carros e o meu teve que ficar na rua. Porém, não sei dizer se estar lotado assim é regra ou exceção.

CARRAPATO NA CAMA Péssima experiência de colaborador! Hospedei minha colaboradora ontem dia 17/01 neste hotel e a cama dela estava cheia de CARRAPATO!!!!!!!!! Sim, carrapato pela cama e travesseiro! Ao entrar em contato com a recepção a atendente não acreditou, achou que era mentira desdenhou e fez minha colaboradora descer porque teria que ir pessoalmente pedir a transferência de quarto ( detalhe eram 22h). A atendente só subiu no quarto pois minha colaboradora solicitou pois a atendente e o outro funcionário estavam com ar de deboche achando que era mentira. O quarto foi trocado sem nenhum pedido de desculpas ou ressarcimento pelo grande mal esta! NUNCA MAIS!!!

Recebi indicação de uma amiga sobre o hotel e aprovei. O quarto é novo e aconchegante. A avenida é tranquila e é possível descansar. O café da manhã é muito bom com muita variedade. Sobre o atendimento em si, os funcionários são muito respeitosos e educados. Tive ótima impressão do local e indico para quem necessita viajar, seja a trabalho/negócios ou lazer.

If I could give six starts, I would do so. The building is located on relatively calm location and has a beautiful wide hall at the entrance. I've been on different rooms and all of them were spacious, silent, and perfectly clean. But I would say the best asset of this hotel is the staff. I've been a guest during the worst stages of the pandemic when lots of business were closing (including other hotels) and number of guests went down, and still all the services were kept as more than impeccable. Any issue that came up was promptly solved, and in one event the manager even came to the hotel in the middle of the night to address it the best possible way to keep the guest satisfied. From room service to the managers, from the valet parking to the restaurant manager, everyone was fully commited for my well being. The restaurant is a wide space and has an all-you-can-eat buffet as breakfast with good variety of breads, cookies, cereals, fruits (and fruit-salad), cakes, pies, scrambled eggs, all very well cooked and well selected. The waiters and manager are always fully available to help us. During the worst stages of the pandemic, breakfast was served on each room door, sometimes by the restaurant manager himself. I'm very happy on my staying in this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone, be it a short or long stay.
