Good location that included a shuttle, lots of hotels in Vancouver did not have a shuttle so you have to rely on a taxi, uber or limo which can run into $$$. Good value compared to many other locations in Vancouver.

Comfortable,clean and great staff, plenty of restaurants in the area?we enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers. Rooms are great, roomy and comfortable. Very polite and professional staff.

Very poor experience. Booked a night at this hotel back in April for a stay in July as I'll be traveling from out of province. Received an email late last week informing me that the reservation was canceled due to the hotel closure (I initially thought it was spam as my name was spelled incorrectly). Contacted the customer care phone number provided in the email this past Saturday who confirmed that reservations for that location were cancelled, though details were vague. The agent offered to put me through to the reservation line in order to book a new room but informed me that any additional costs for booking would be mine to pay as the customer. I booked a new reservation as I needed somewhere to stay, however for the similiar price point it is now 30+ minutes away from the airport which again will be at my cost. The agent offered me the name of a car rental service or suggested an Uber. The agent also (unbeknownst to me) corrected my name in their system to an incorrect spelling and incorrect email, so I spent another 40 minutes on Saturday with 3+ agents to track down the reservation email and to correct the spelling of my name at the new hotel. By far a less than pleasant experience and I would not book again. I have since canceled my reservation with Ramada outright and booked with another chain due to this disappointing, frustrating experience.

We never stayed here. We showed up, a group of 14, to learn all our rooms were oversold. We made our reservations in April and it was June. They told us they would move us to another hotel which was another 15 minutes away. Not sure why they couldn't have notified us by email or phone before we showed up after a full day of traveling. The best part was they had the gal to charge us for this room, that we didn't use.

I enjoyed my stay here! I had a room in the back which faced out to trees bordering the park. It was quiet and comfortable. The room was clean, staff friendly and breakfast option were good! I would definitely stay here again!

They were unbelievably helpful when my other hotel lost my reservation and had no room for me… I will continue to stay at this Ramada when flying in and out of the Vancouver Airport. They certainly made me feel welcome and even though I was flying out early they said they would have breakfast available for me if I wanted it.. thank you

We stayed here one night when our flight returned to Vancouver about 1:30 in the morning. Front desk was present and cheerful and very quick to check us in and get us to our room. Room was cozy and bed comfy. Very clean, not too fancy room but it was very affordable. In the morning we came down to the continental breakfast of coffee, scrambled eggs, toast, and ham and a muffin to go as we needed to catch our connecting flight. Breakfast area was a bit small but we did not have to wait, attendant was cleaning tables as soon as someone left to make room for the next ppl. She was very helpful bringing our toast as soon as it was done and giving us to go bags for muffins. Breakfast was hot and good. There was a shuttle, however after opting in to eat we decided to go by cab which only cost a little over $10 to get us to south terminal. It was waiting for us as soon as we were done our meal. Btw…the muffins were delicious! Will definitely stay here again!!
