Ulasan Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport

Everything was ok. But the swimming pool was out of service and it’s a bit noisy. Not really soundproof, you can hear neighbours taking.

The highlight of this hotel is its location. The building itself is quite dated but well-maintained. The staff is friendly and very responsive, so overall it's a good place to stay, even though we are a family of five.

First room given to me smells cigarette and smells really bad. I requested thru phone if there is another room available but then refused as they do not have any vacancies. I approach lobby the check in service lady gladly given us alternative room way better than the first one we've got. Location wise is close proximity YVR and shuttle guy is really nice.

Good location for early flights.

Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the view is good. They offered free shuttle bus to and from the airport which was very close to the airport.

Room was extremely hot but the air conditioner was so loud so couldn't keep it on at night. Beds were small so tight for 5 people. Wasn't 5 full size pillow. Outside the window there were people/partygoers going until 4:40am. Pool was closed which proved a frustration in our party. Staff were very friendly and kind natured.

We were a family of five (3 kids). We stayed in a two bedroom suite with 2 bedrooms (king size bed, a double size bed), 2 bathrooms, balcony, an eat-in kitchen and living room (with a sofa bed). The layout of the hotel rooms was very confusing, we got lost trying to zigzag around the building. It was like an apartment with various types of rooms for rental too. Space wise - it was great. It was located about 15-20 minutes drive from the international airport. It had restaurants nearby. The front desk was professional and friendly. Overall, happy with the stay. We look forward to returning to this facility in the near future.

The system glitched and booked the wrong night, even though I spoke directly with reception about airport pick up, and put the date and time of airport pick up in the notes, and because I was on a plane, over the Atlantic on the incorrect date, the hotel charged me as a no show and would not amend the date. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!!

Very big room for single trip, the price is acceptable for one night

Room was freshly renovated, all was very clean. The bath tub did not drain very well. The restaurant downstairs had great food and hockey. Easily the best value for your dollar near the airport. This is my new regular place.

It was a bad experience. The front desk didn’t have manners at all.

Clean, near the station and near the shopping mall where you can find most things.
