My valet, Juan, was kind and professional. Stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting my son at nearby Fort Gregg-Adams and taking care of some family business. From check-in (early) to departure, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. The front desk staff was both professional as well as friendly and quite cheerful at check-in, the room was great, the gym and pool wonderful, and breakfast excellent. I had left my Bose headphones at breakfast one morning and they were found by staff and returned to the front desk where I retrieved them the next day. Housekeeping was very thorough and the property was well-maintained throughout. Literally every aspect of hotel operations was exceptional, 10/10. The front desk manager (Olivia, I memory serves me?) was fantastic, her team was great. Even the shuttle driver - whose services I never required - was always cheerful and greeted me every time I saw him. Housekeeping was efficient and very friendly. The F&B staff and operations exceptional. Whoever the GM is, she or he is on top of things and has a great team!

We stayed a couple days in this downtown property. It was convenient for our interests. I was a little apprehensive based on its rating, but customer reviews swayed me. We weren't disappointed. The hotel is very clean, recently refurbished throughout, beds comfortable and staff courteous. Hot breakfast is typical microwaved omelettes, toast & cereals in a large uncrowded dining room. Note that housekeeping is not offered on multiple night stays altho fresh towels are available on request. We'd stay here again.

My coworker and I stayed here for a work meeting earlier this week. Let me start by saying that the staff was wonderful. This review is nothing against them, but clearly whoever is managing this hotel is not actually managing it. This is hands down the worst-run Hilton property I have ever stayed at, and as a Diamond member, you can rest assured I've stayed at many. 1. I had a Fedex package sent to the hotel and arrive 5 days before staying here. This package contained important items for my work meeting that I could not fit in my suitcase. I had confirmation from Fedex that it had been delivered, yet no one could find it. I asked the post office downstairs, and the Hampton Inn next door if the package may have been delivered there by mistake. Nothing. No one could find it. 2. I went back 3 times to the front desk to get new room keys because they did not work. 3. My coworker found ***** hair in her toilet upon arrival. I am attaching that photo to this review. 4. The gym was poorly maintained. The leg press machine was completely out of order without any signage to indicate that. Another patron (who happened to be a mechanic) was able to semi get it to work again. 5. They might as well not serve breakfast at all if it's going to be that abysmal. At least the oatmeal was edible. 6. My coworker lost power in her room twice while she was trying to prepare for our meeting. 7. There was a weird and unsettling whistling noise coming out of the heating vents throughout the night. Again, staff was lovely, and at least the beds were clean/comfortable, but this place is not being funded or looked after properly by Hilton. Do not stay here if you can avoid it.
