I was on a business trip to Wuzhou and stayed at Guolong Hotel. The front desk receptionist was professional, clean and the lobby was very impressive. I chose barbecue for dinner, which was large in portion and delicious. The waiter helped me throughout the whole process. I will continue to choose Guolong next time.

This hotel boasts an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient for transportation, just a two to three-minute walk from the subway station, allowing easy access to all corners of the city. If you choose to take a taxi to Nanning East High-Speed Rail Station, it's only a short ten-minute ride, saving a significant amount of travel time. The staff's service attitude is outstanding, especially Moon, Pink, Joyce, and Freya at the service center. They are not only warm and attentive but also patiently and thoroughly answer all inquiries. They enthusiastically recommend local dining and entertainment options, making every guest feel genuinely cared for. This trip, due to my schedule, I needed a slightly later checkout, and they graciously offered a complimentary late checkout until 4 PM, which was very accommodating. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, featuring a swimming pool and a well-equipped gym with plenty of exercise machines. The breakfast and Chinese restaurants are located on the 6th floor. Breakfast is quite varied, offering both Western and Chinese options to suit different tastes. The hotel is right next to the large shopping mall, Hangyang City, and Mixc City is also not far, making dining, shopping, and strolling very convenient. What's more, you can directly access the second floor of the mall from the hotel lobby, which is incredibly handy. As night falls, the surrounding night view of the hotel is absolutely stunning, like a captivating painting. This prime location and excellent service make this hotel an ideal choice for both business travelers and leisure tourists.

We had a truly memorable stay at LS Hotel. Every room features floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking mountain views — it honestly feels like looking at a living painting from your room. For foreigners visiting the area, setting up WeChat is essential. The hotel provides a personal concierge service via WeChat, and the responses are instant. You can ask for anything at any time, and WeChat’s built-in translation works surprisingly well, making communication effortless. Breakfast is a generous buffet with a great mix of Chinese and Western options, including the famous Guilin rice noodles, which are a must-try. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was equally impressive, showcasing local specialties such as bamboo chicken soup and beer fish — all beautifully prepared. The hotel also offers transport to and from town, which makes getting around very convenient. A complimentary 30-minute photography session was a lovely bonus, as was the free afternoon tea. Fresh fruit was refilled daily, and it was some of the most delicious fruit we’ve had. The service throughout our stay was truly spectacular — attentive, warm, and thoughtful in every detail. There is also a self-service laundry available in Building 3, which is very handy for longer stays. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, stunning scenery, and exceptional service.

Stepping into the hotel, I was immediately blown away. The landmark building of Yangshuo, Guilin Romance Park, was right before my eyes. The view room was absolutely stunning! The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed view of the rolling green mountains and the turquoise waters of the Yulong River. You could lie in bed and marvel at the magnificent karst landscape. In the evening, the golden sunset spilled over the river, creating an incredibly romantic scene that touched my heart.

This hotel offers excellent service. As soon as we walked in, staff were there to help with our luggage, and their inquiry service was very helpful without being intrusive. The hotel boasts a superb location right by the Li River, allowing guests to fish directly from the riverbank and enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful Li River. Being in the city center also makes it very convenient to visit many attractions and pedestrian streets. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, though we did have a minor issue last night: the projector in our reserved room was a bit blurry, but it didn't really affect our overall experience! The hotel also provides a complimentary laundry service, where they wash, bag, and return your clothes to your room – incredibly thoughtful. For Christmas, they offered a special DIY Christmas knot braiding activity and Christmas coffee, which was a lovely touch. The hotel breakfast is also extensive, and you can enjoy delicious Guilin rice noodles without even leaving the hotel. I highly recommend staying here.

The room isn't huge but it's really cozy. The projector box works great, and the soundproof door is a huge plus. The duvet and pillows are decent too; the bedding doesn't crinkle when you turn over. Some of the mirrors without lights could use an upgrade, as it's a bit hard to see, haha. I absolutely loved the breakfast; all the dishes were fresh, especially the veggie salad, which was my favorite. The luosifen (river snail rice noodles) with duck feet was also good. The carrot and pumpkin vegetable juices were very healthy. The location, needless to say, is super convenient. The staff were all very enthusiastic and provided great emotional support. Anyway, I'll always stay here when I come to Nanning.

Shangrila Guilin is situated a little further from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, it is super convenient to travel via Didi to anywhere you wish to go to. The room is a little dated but extremely spacious for the Terrace Mountain view room. Housekeeping deserves special mention as the housekeeper insisted on giving me a disinfected teaspoon and not one from her cart. The staff here are very service oriented, especially Alex Long (Concierge) and Jamie Chen (Li Cafe). There is also a mini zoo to amuse the young ones in the sprawling compound. I find breakfast at the Li Cafe to be vegetarian friendly.. The hotel would also cater vegetarian dishes as a special request for room service but only during limited hours. In fact, I had most of my meals here. Would definitely recommend Shang for a calm and tranquil stay during the winter season!

I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay this time, definitely a five-star review! The hotel's location is excellent, with a direct gate from the backyard leading to Silver Beach. My room was spacious and well-lit, with a balcony offering a great view. It was quiet at night, ensuring a wonderful rest. The facilities are well-maintained and feel new; the A/C, hot water, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly without any issues. I especially want to commend J at the front desk for their professional and attentive service. Upon check-in, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options, and were very responsive to any needs I had, which was incredibly heartwarming. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for future trips! There's a buffet dinner on the first floor, and you can borrow sand-digging tools and umbrellas for free. There are also outdoor and indoor kids' play areas.

Very complete hotel and helpful. I'll definitely return to this hotel again in the future. Room are big and comfy with good service.
