Gulong Stay Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I recently stayed near Gulong Canyon and had a wonderful experience overall. The area is surrounded by lush green mountains and rivers, so the views are absolutely stunning, especially in the early morning with mist in the valley. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had a rustic charm that fit the natural setting. The main attraction — the glass bridge and skywalk — was breathtaking (and a little scary if you’re afraid of heights). Staff were friendly and helpful, though English was limited, so having a translation app helped. Local food was fresh and tasty, especially the river fish dishes. One tip: bring comfortable walking shoes and be prepared for some steep climbs. It’s best to visit on weekdays to avoid heavy crowds. Would I come back? Definitely — especially to enjoy more hiking trails and maybe try the zipline next time.

此行衹為參加柳州馬拉松，酒店出門兩步就是起點市民廣場，參賽超省心方便。選擇入住的套房，柳江和市民廣場公園盡收眼底，春色滿窗。酒店很用心，還送水果飲料牛奶。跑馬後不想出去午餐，在酒店點個套餐送房間，出品很驚艷，價格很十分友好。特別點贊前台的小薇（同音），人漂亮且很nice。還有更值得開心的是，在柳馬比賽超預期刷新個人PB，不枉此行。

Great location if shopping centres and city life is your thing but the street noise may be disturbing. Very standard amenities, small pool with no view, large gym, a sauna that took ages to heat up, needs upgrade/fixing. Great breakfast buffer with wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes. Overall a 4* experience, as expected, so no major +/- issues. If you want a 5* accomodation at not different price point other options are available in Nanning. I had very good experience with Ming-Du, not as central locationl as Marriott, but quieter, better views, and overall a more elevated environment.

We’ve travelled all over the world and stayed in everything from budget hotels to some of the most well-known luxury brands, and we can honestly say this was the best hotel we’ve ever experienced. Everything about Liangsu Hotel in Yangshuo exceeded our expectations. The service from the staff was absolutely impeccable—everyone was so warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. It didn’t feel forced or “hotel-like” at all, just very natural and thoughtful. They really go above and beyond to make your stay special. The room was something else. Waking up to that view every morning honestly felt unreal—it’s like living inside a painting. The design is beautiful and calming, and every detail in the room felt carefully thought out. It’s one of those places where you actually look forward to spending time in the room. One really unique touch we loved was the complimentary 30-minute travel photography session. It’s such a thoughtful experience, and the setting makes for incredible photos—you’re basically surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery imaginable. It’s a small detail, but it made the stay even more memorable. The whole hotel has such a peaceful, dreamy atmosphere that makes it really hard to leave. It’s quiet, scenic, and just feels very special compared to a lot of other places we’ve stayed. We’ve stayed in many “luxury” hotels before, but this one stands out because it combines stunning design, nature, and truly genuine service. Highly, highly recommend—this place is something special. For us it's more than 5 stars!

Look no further, this place is immaculate. The view is incredible and the staff is very friendly. I spent more time sitting right outside the dining room looking out over the mountains than I did in my room. The only problem we had was that the clothes dryer took forever to dry our clothes so just make sure you don’t start a load of laundry anywhere close to your checkout time.

The service provided by the staffs at the reception is excellent. The best services I have ever encountered during my past 20 years travelling around many countries. For instance when I inform them that there is cigarette smell in the air conditioning, the staff immediately brought an air purifier to my room, that was around midnight. The next day the hotel staff arrange the technician to wash the air filter of the aircon.

It was a great stay indeed, very quiet and relaxing. The room was very clean and comfortable, the towels were changed daily and we got any questions answered quickly and efficiently. The rooftop looks amazing :)

Probably one of the best hotel experience we had. Staffs are attentive and helpful. Services were top notch, they make sure we were well looked after! Room was spacious and necessary amenities were provided. Hotel also provides free of charge laundry service. Buffet breakfast had a fair selection of local cuisine and food were great. Hotel is located next to Li river with beautiful scenic views and is within walkable distance to a few scenic spots. The in-house hotel photography service were professional. No hard selling, wish we had the budget to purchase the entire collection! Highly recommended!

Very service oriented front desk personnel. Kudos to their service to make our check in a smooth one as we encounter some issue with our online booking at first. The front desk lady is super patient with customer and even upgraded our room to a bigger size room just to put our children with us next door. The cleaner 赵付明 310号also friendly and attend to our service promptly and return my thick clothing when I have accidentally left it behind upon check out. Wish I have taken down the front desk lady name and really appreciate her time spent with our booking and checking. We like the Li Jiang hotel water fall scheduled at 830pm and also the rooftop view that oversee the 日月双塔。Some cultural craftwork was also offered for my children at level 2. Overall my experience at Li Jiang is very positive and if we visit Guilin will surely go back to Li Jiang.

Very close to Two rivers and 4 lakes dock. The travel agency inside the hotel helped us get the tickets. They also booked for us the Li river cruise. However I am deeply disappointed with this day trip called ”ethnic tour” because it includes a visit to a village which was a tourist trap: the visit ended in a huge hall where we were overwhelmed by sellers trying to get you to buy all kinds of silver jewelry. Besides that, the room was clean and nice, breakfast was amazing and the hall was beautifully decorated.
