Started out not to well. I had asked for a balcony room. However my door to the balcony did not work. Office person came and was unable to unlock the door. It was broken. No repair person over weekend. Then one of our lamps did not work. It was plugged in and did not work
They did give me a refund of $50 for the two nights I was there. My daughter stayed in another room so we were close. They offered me another room however I wanted to stay close to where my daughter was located.
The Valet was GREAT!! We did have an episode of them not able to find my key fob. When it was finally found. He went to the car to get the battery charger for my granddaughter hearing aids. He came back said he could not find it. My daughter walked with him to look. My FORD SECURITY UNLOCK NUMBER ON THE WINDOW. WAS THE SAME AS A RED ESCAPE. my car is dark blue!!! This is FORD problem. I will take it with them.
Who would think your security code to your car opens others.
The hotel staff(desk personnel, Restaurant waitress was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, KIND and willing to go out of their way to help.
Hotel is older and needs refurbishing. But was comfortable and quite. Could not hear other people walking down hallway, could not hear doors slamming.
A couple things they need to add to rooms is microwave and refridge.
Also an area downstairs where you can buy snacks, drinks like other hotels. They did not even have microwave and refridge to rent.
