下午3點從洛杉磯去優勝美地東門途徑一晚，標準的汽車旅館，房間不隔音，半夜門外總有人經過，我家狗不停的叫，早餐不是自助，量不大。

Everything was old and beat up. Bathroom fan squealed and didn’t work. TV was broken as were most. Fridge had to be unplugged at night because of noise. Jacuzzi jets ******. The smell of the room cleaner was way to strong. Wondered what the were hiding.

I discovered that I had left my hair clippers in room when I checked out. Drove to facility the next day and asked about the item. Had been turned into lost and found by staff.

Very comfortable room #160. Cold Water in bathroom started cold then warmed up. Tried different settings bit to no avail.
Fridge is small and temp adj knob missing. Fridge froze some items until I figured how to adj temp. Otherwise, all is well…

Unfortunately this was a horrible stay. We have been staying here for many years. This is by far the worst stay. I have never had so many issues. Our door lock and key did not work well for the whole 3 nights. Swiping up to 75 times to get in. We let management know and the technician stated we are swiping it wrong, but it did the same issues when he tried it. Eventually they swapped the door reader but you still had to twist the card sideways to get it to read. Horrible. Then, the tub was very slow to drain. Sink drained slow so using the bathroom was not ideal. The hot tub was scalding hot 104++ for 2 nights even after we asked to have it turned slightly down. Then the 3rd night the hot tub as cold, not even luke warm and very very dirty, no filter running. We specifically stay here for the hot tub and (what use to be the free sit down breakfast), that is now a continental type breakfast. Very disappointing. We asked to talk to a manager but no manager on duty.We will be emailing them. We also only got 1 towel for our room and no room service all 3 nights, probably due to the door lock not working. We were gone during the day. Normally this hotel is awesome and no big issues. It's gone downhill.

The staff was very helpful when we had an issue with the noisy people next door. They moved us to a room on the other building which was nice and quiet.

Had stayed here years ago and slept on a horrible canoe mattress and had said I would never book again. But booked last minute because it’s Clarion now and it was discounted. Horrible decision. Asked for a quiet room. Clerk said he would put me in back where there was nobody on either side. Great! 4:30 am my next door neighbors were running hair dryer and yelling to each other from the parking lot and inside the room. Since they had put me in a connecting room, there was a door instead of a wall, so couldn’t get to sleep again until 6 am because of the considerate neighbors. Get up late, go to take a shower and it won’t turn on. Lowest setting on the room heater produces Saharan summer conditions, which make sleep very uncomfortable. Avoid this place, they can change the name, but it’s still a horrible place to stay!

This place was extremely disappointing. First off, there were roaches in 3 of the 4 rooms we had reserved. The rooms themselves are not very clean, lots of stains and spots on the walls. Good luck finding parking as most spots are taken by the Budget rental cars. We stayed 3 nights there and will never go back. Better to pay a little extra at the hotels across the street than to stay here.
