The price is cheap, although not near the old town, a mini supermarket is just 2 mins away. So it’s acceptable.

Everything was ok. Rooms nice . Staff nice , wifi you can for router if not good . Breakfast is good.

I was given a complimentary upgrade to a better room type. Hotel was clean. Breakfast selection was okay. Positive experience.

Хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Интерьер уже подуставший, требует Косметического ремонта. Номера расположены в нескольких корпусах, поэтому иногда приходится спускаться и подниматься несколько раз, чтобы дойти до номера. ( с сумками это крайне неудобно). Завтраки неплохие.

部屋が広く快適に過ごせました。 中心地から少し東側にあり、最初のアクセスが少し不便ですが、スーパーマーケットも近くにあり、飲み物や軽食の調達に便利でした。 特に周囲の建物の外観がレンガ造りなどヨーロッパ的なイメージなので、朝の散歩などの際に気分が良かったです。

Отличный отель, очень рекомендую. Приятный отзывчивый персонал. Особых похвал заслуживает завтрак! Можно ехать только из за завтрака😀 Месторасположение на очень удобной улице Гертруде. Соотношение цена /качество оптимальное. Благодарю !

酒店早餐不錯，選擇豐富，味道可以。 工作人員雖然不是滿臉堆笑型，也是非常温和有禮的。 房間小了點，隔音不錯，挺安靜。

This hotel is not situated in a nice area, a number of the surrounding buildings are in a very poor state. The hotel is very old fashioned with dark and dated furniture The air con had one setting, you couldn’t get it to blow cold air. It didn’t matter what temperature you put it to, it kept reverting back to 26 degrees. The internet was very intermittent, it kept dropping off. Very very poor quality towels. They are virtually threaded bare…! If you had them at home, you would put them in the garbage. Shower curtain which I hate…! There are stains on the chair and armchair- it’s such an easy job to clean them…! There is some shower gel, but no shampoo or conditioner. I wish hotels would realise that providing shampoo, shower gel and conditioner are what clients expect. When one is travelling, you don’t want to have to buy shampoo and conditioner to use at some of these poor quality hotels and carry it around for the rest of your holiday. It’s no surprise that Airbnb hosts are stealing hotel customers. The quality and service that some Airbnb hosts offer are far superior to many hotels. The curtains didn’t fit the windows and there was bright light streaming into the room all night. On the plus side, they provide shower caps. There was a safe in the room. Also a mini bar. And a kettle. They only clean your room if you remember to put the sign outside. For me this is a cost saving exercise, nothing to do with the environment…! When they don’t change your towels neither do they enter the room to empty the bins or vacuum the floor….! So it is a cost saving exercise. However they still charge the same. You don’t feel valued as a customer. At breakfast there was a reasonable selection of hot and cold foods. The dining room was very busy, many people had to share tables with others.
