Hotel Rio De Janeiro dengan Gim

Chegamos 15h e o nosso quarto ainda não estava pronto, tivemos que aguardar uns 40 minutos e mesmo assim depois de liberado subimos e as camareiras ainda estavam arrumando, mais espera, fora isso foi uma ótima estadia e um café da manhã maravilhoso.

Um dos melhore e mais enconta que já esteve no Brasil 100% lindo .confortável.calm..limpo Nota 10 vou indicar mais gente aí E espero voltar logo para me hospedar mais tempo

We stayed here the 2nd time after 12 years. Picked a similar room as we had 1st time: ocean view king suite. It is a bit more expensive than their cheapest rooms, but EXCELLENT value for money. We had room on the 12th floor directly overlooking the waves with two windows. As the hotel and beach is to the south, you get BOTH sunrise and sunset view from your room...see photos attached:) Room is good size, reasonably fresh with only a bit of age and spots here and there. Cleaning is ok, and hotel is in excellent safe area with direct beach access. We much prefer Barra da Tijuca anyway, against the overhyped and crowded, expensive copacabana. But each to his own. Hotel itself (lobby etc) is nice, staff is great, restaurant has very good food. The cocktails of their bar at ground floor as well as by the pool are excellent quality and cheap (as usual in Brazil). HOWEVER... a big however... After booking directly via their ”secure” website, via Amex card, my card details were either sold or re-used by somebody at the hotel staff, as BEFORE our actual trip began, it started being used at various (online?) shops in Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte and even in Madrid. I had already a 600 euro hit (in some 10 different fraudulous shoppings) before i realized and blocked it. Lucky with Amex's good insurance policy i did not lose money directly on this, nevertheless i ended up with no Amex card on my 2-weeks Brazil trip as oi didnt have the new one yet, and in general it gave a bitter taste to this stay. Because of this i have to reduce the rating. So a word of advice: Book this hotel with confidence, BUT book it via a well-known room broker website, NOT directly thru the Windsor website!

Hôtel impéccable et personnel aux petits soins. Le quartier est plaisant avec quelques restaurants autour mais quand même isolé, il faut prendre un taxi, UBER ou un bus pour se déplacer car on est loin de tout à pied. Plage magnifique mais trop de courant pour s'y baigner et l'océan est très froid. Piscine chauffée en haut du bâtiment vraiment superbe et vue magnifique. Petit déjeuner au top il y en a pour tous les goûts et le service est irréprochable. après une balade en bord de mer vraiment agréable (4 km) il est possible d'avoir une ligne de métro pour aller dans le CENTRO que je n'ai pas trouvé superbe car beaucoup de mendiants et de belles facades anciennes complétements délabrées et qui menacent de s'effonder à tout moment c”est dommage de laisser ce patrimoine partir.

Melhor escolha! Hotel com ótimo custo benefício. Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos, boa localização, muito próximo aos principais pontos turísticos, café da manhã farto e tudo fresquinho. Tem alguns moradores de rua próximo porém não me senti insegura pois tem bastante policiamento. Com certeza em nossa próxima visita ao rio escolheremos o hotel para desfrutarmos novamente de uma excelente experiência.

Great position very near Copacabana beach, very good buffet breakfast, al the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, except one Few things were not perfect: The buttons on the elevators sometimes they worked sometimes they didn't, making it difficult to do simple things like going to out room/breakfast area/ reception. The hotel, despite on the online reservation was confirmed that we could pay cash at the arrival, deducted to my credit card the 1st night 2 days before our arrival. Because on the day of our arrival we did not pay the other 3 nights in full, the following day they blocked our magnetic card key, until the outstanding payment was paid. I think it was very mean, because anyway they have my credit card details in case ”we run away” as I mentioned to the man at the reception This member of staff in particular, working from the evening, once I paid in full in cash, he did not want to provide for a receipt. I explained I needed an evidence that I handled the remaining amount, but he said I would have the receipt only at check out. I didn't want to create an issue, but only after politely insisting I received the receipt. All the remaining staff at reception, at the breakfast and the cleaners, were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, the only problem was that the cooked food was not kept hot, so it was only available to eat cold, and that was a pity because breakfast is one of the strenght of this hotel's facility

Funcionários super educados e simpáticos! Estrutura do hotel muito boa, bem localizado e café da manhã muito bom! Apenas o quarto que estava com o chão com bastante areia, estava arrumado porém parece que não tinha sido varrido. Mas no geral eu amei e voltarei mais vezes com certeza

O hotel certamente está dentro de um hall e uma classe daqueles imprescindíveis para quem está viajando à negócios e tem a oportunidade de realizar um “stop-over” no Rio de Janeiro. Com um restaurante e um café da manhã localizados no rooftop, além de todo seu charme você se sente abraçado pelo Cristo Redentor e pelo Pão de Açúcar logo ao acordar!!!

中規中矩的商務酒店，主要適用於第一次來不想踩雷的人（畢竟大家的點不一樣）。 巴西這邊酒店普遍都比較老，這個號稱2020年裝修但差不多還是國內2010-15年裝修的風格…但是在巴西就別想着有國內那種適合年輕人的智能酒店了。 有一個重大問題是早餐的餐廳彷彿是有設計缺陷（或者就是太封閉了聲音出不去），特別吵，不在意這個的話倒還行。 Copacabana這邊其實海景房略吵（8層及以下），完全可以住城景。
