Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Rio De Janeiro

Hôtel impéccable et personnel aux petits soins. Le quartier est plaisant avec quelques restaurants autour mais quand même isolé, il faut prendre un taxi, UBER ou un bus pour se déplacer car on est loin de tout à pied. Plage magnifique mais trop de courant pour s'y baigner et l'océan est très froid. Piscine chauffée en haut du bâtiment vraiment superbe et vue magnifique. Petit déjeuner au top il y en a pour tous les goûts et le service est irréprochable. après une balade en bord de mer vraiment agréable (4 km) il est possible d'avoir une ligne de métro pour aller dans le CENTRO que je n'ai pas trouvé superbe car beaucoup de mendiants et de belles facades anciennes complétements délabrées et qui menacent de s'effonder à tout moment c”est dommage de laisser ce patrimoine partir.

Hotel excelente para estadia a negócios, muito limpo, e ótimo atendimento. Localização um pouco afastada, mas disponibilidade de meios de transporte com facilidade

O pessoal do hotel era prestativo e atencioso. Não gostei da água a cair do ar condicionado no quarto.

中規中矩的商務酒店，主要適用於第一次來不想踩雷的人（畢竟大家的點不一樣）。 巴西這邊酒店普遍都比較老，這個號稱2020年裝修但差不多還是國內2010-15年裝修的風格…但是在巴西就別想着有國內那種適合年輕人的智能酒店了。 有一個重大問題是早餐的餐廳彷彿是有設計缺陷（或者就是太封閉了聲音出不去），特別吵，不在意這個的話倒還行。 Copacabana這邊其實海景房略吵（8層及以下），完全可以住城景。

The hotel is very well located in Barra da Tijuca. The building is not bad, it has potential, but it is poorly managed, particularly the housekeeping that is terribly lacking. Facilities in general are dated, but after the pandemic that hit the hotel industry so hard it is comprehensible that the furniture could have details, some ripped off sheets or covers sewn. But dirty carpets in the lobby, or the hallways not vacuumed for four days, smelly room, missing towels (an absolute basic in a hotel room) or improperly set beds show a careless housekeeping and management that is not into details (important ones). The beds were not properly set, we asked for this to be solved innumerable times unsuccessfully. Another problem is the beach service, broken chairs (unsafe and unfit to use), not enough towels (to complain to the front desk, I just don’t have more towels!). Here I must note that the guy at the beach was making a huge effort to do his job, to the the point it seemed abusive that it was just one person doing the job, crossing the coastal avenue again and again with chairs, etc! I wouldn’t stay there again, it was a very frustrating experience.

Resort maravilhoso, piscina Jacuzzi 4 restaurantes, quadra de tênis praia privativa e muito mais.

Todo estuvo hermoso, todo el personal Muy amable en especial Pedro y Bruno, la comida deliciosa, ubicación del hotel frente a la playa Excelente, limpieza Muy Buena, lo único malo que no estaba en funcionamiento la parte de terraza (ni la piscina, ni el gym) sin embargo nos dieron acceso a la Piscina y Gym del otro Hotel Arena Lema pero los dos miniatura. De resto todo Relindo. Los recomiendo!! Yo particularmente regresaría pero cuando el hotel esté disponible al 100%.

Bom hotel . Atendimento nota 10! Comida boa, funcionários atenciosos. Limpo. Atende as expectativas. Muito bom para famílias. Custo benefício excelente! Atenciosos atendem conforme necessidade , excelente localização !

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit der perfekten Lage direkt am Strand der Copacabana. Der Rooftop bietet einen atemberaubend Ausblick aufs Meer. Der dortige Pool ist für die eine Abkühlung perfekt geeignet und lässt dir das Sonnenbad erträglich machen. Für Plätze am Strand hat das Hotel eigene Liegen mit Sonnenschirme. Das Hotel und seine Mitarbeiten leisten einen außergewöhnlichen Service. Kein Wünsch kommt zu kurz. Egal welches Problem aufkommen, man versucht mit freundlicher Art und tollen Gesten zu Punkten. Die Sauberkeit in de Hotelzimmern sowie im gesamten Hotelareal ist sehr gut. Das angebotene Essen und trinken ist köstlich und preislich für ein 5-Sterne Hotel angemessen. Ein großen Dank an den tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Hostel ótimo, bem localizado, super bonito, extremamente agradável, o terraço sempre tem eventos a noite, então já dá uma animada para começar a baladinha. Quando me hospedei o banheiro teve um problema com água e só tinha disponível água quente, além de achar que os ar-condicionados poderiam ser individualizado por cada quarto e não através de tubulação.
