The hotel is very good The scenery is very beautiful Lying comfortably in the hotel for three days too comfortable Special mention is the hotel's breakfast Variety of rich and lasts until 10:00 a.m., breakfast, lunch and dinner are solved ~ eaten full and then continues to the beach chairs lying ~ comfortable!

الفندق فخم والاستقبال جميل الغرفة فسيحة ورائعة ولكن السرير غير مريح بالاضافة الى نظام التكييف (مزعج) ولايمكن اعداده للعمل بشكل هادئ. البوفيه المفتوح: محاولة التنوع بالمطاعم جميلة ولكن يبقى محدود الانواع لايوجد تميز في الطعم او النكهات المقدمة والاسعار مرتفعة جدا بالإضافة الى ان سعر البوفيه لايشمل المشروبات !! وهذا جدًا غريب يوحد مسبح ويمكن تخصيص وقت خلال اليوم للنساء ولكن لايوجد سبا نسائي.

فندق يفوق الوصف من كل النواحي كموقع وهدوء واستقبال ومرافق وعاملين وخدمات سريعه وضيافه ويحتاج لمتعهد للمطعم العلوي واستغلال الاطلاله حيث ينقصها التطوير والاهتمام مع بداية الحجوزات الحديثة لهذا الفندق ..

كانت تجربتي الاولى وباذن الله راح اكرر الزياره كل شي كان جميل وممتع اشكر مستر ايهاب لتعاونه معي اثناء الحجز و اقدم شكر خاص لموظفي الاستقبال كانو جداً متعاونين ومبتسمين ( عبدالله/ محمد/ في / علي ) لا انسى الموظف احمد في مطعم الافطار جداً كان متعاون وقدم خدمه رائعه الموظف ابراهيم اثناء المغادره كان متعاون جداً بلا استثناء الجميع كانو رائعين حقاً …

Beautiful hotel, luxury details along the way from checking time till check out. Room were clean and tidy Hotel views to the Business gate were nice. Stuff so friendly and willing to help every time. The food was great too Thank you Fairmont Riyadh team

Hotel has everything you might need for business and leisure: luxurious rooms, great facilities ( meeting rooms, business center, restaurants, spa and fitness center etc.), attentive and proactive personnel, that even speaks your language ( big-big thank you to Mustafah - the concierge! He helped me a lot navigating through the hotel and my agenda points). Attention to detail is amazing (like fruits in the rooms) and this is what makes it a good experience! Highly recommended.

Incredible kindness, graciousness and hospitality given during my stay. Special mention to Hany Ismail, Rayan Bakr and Mohamed Abdel Gaber for their dignified service that went above and beyond to support my stay. They are a tremendous asset to the Fairmont Riyadh and their attention to detail and efficiency is very impressive. Facilities are great, breakfast was wonderful and varied and the location is very convenient for frequent airport travel.

I have booked this place for my honey moon it was amazing experience quite, clean , room service, check in and many other great things. They have provided me with their wedding packages and i am pleased with everything in this hotel such as valet and room sizes location food

The gym, sauna, steam, pool and breakfast buffet were absolutely incredible. Rooms very comfortable. And the concierge was the best, he made a big effort to help me to secure a car hire service for the day because it was very busy. Aisam did a very good job. Thanks

From the welcome desk to the room, and back to the hotel, everything was fantstic. The breakfast and the dinner at Hotel 365 is not a forgettable thing. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The only issue I faced was at my check-in day, I arrived around 12 at the midnight. The dinner time was over by 11 PM. I was famished and had to order in the room. At my check-out day (which was after 21 nights' stay), I had to pay the charges of that dinner, although, my booking was fullboard. This was the only negative thing I had to get through, everything else was fine. I wish I could have reached the Hotel Manager or the GM to resolve this matter but I was in a hurry to check-out.
