Country house "Casa la Selvolina", detached, renovated, surrounded by trees. 5 km from the centre of Roccastrada, in a secluded position, in the woods. Private: property (fenced), natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Motor access (2 km via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach 50 km, thermal baths "Petriolo" 20 km. Riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Montalcino 40 km, Siena 50 km. Please note: car recommended. The outdoor area offers the chance to play or relax in the sun deck area by the private infinity pool. The access road of around 2000 meters is unpaved and not suitable for low/sports cars - as not in good condition. 3-room house 80 m2, on the ground floor.
