After being unhappy at another chain location, I switched from my usual brand and joined Radisson Rewards for this booking, with a great rate. Arrived here from ROCHESTER International Airport by LYFT ride, not knowing how long I would be staying, or what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. Located in a nice area, on busy Route 31, Monroe Ave , East of the city, but still close to all major attractions, like GeorgeEastman House, Memorial Art Gallery, Highland Park, Rochester Museum and Science Center, by car, also on city bus routes. My comfy accessible room is roomy and restful, with a King bed and roll-in shower, many safety bars in bathroom. There is a window unit for climate control , Microwave and fridge in my room, and a 40 inch flat screen TV that has a sharp picture with premium channels. Room and lobby WIFI works well., except with my Apple phone. Cozy family reading area with adult and children's books and a single computer/printer business center in lobby. I was happy to find a small coin operated laundromat and a tiny gym, with two machines. Amenities include a very good hot and cold breakfast served in lobby, with 24/7 refreshment and coffee/tea bar. Spunkmeyer cookies at desk, a small convenience store for essentials, including frozen entrees. Smoke free premises, however there is an outside seating area, with wooden Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for smokers. Four Electric car charging stations make this a great location for modern savvy travelers who care about the environment. Coffee-Tea stations in room and lobby were well stocked. The diverse cheerful and helpful staff keep all common areas very clean; all of them are very helpful and accommodating . I enjoyed conversing with International guest clientele in several languages, including Japanese tourists. With rewards member rates, its a great deal and price point. Ethnic restaurants and shopping nearby, including Pittsford Plaza and Eastview Mall . I recommend this hotel to all traveler friends in this area, and beyond, including my 50,000. travel chat buddies on Facebook, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, without hesitation. No Juice at all or Lemonaide all 4 nights. Reserved a room with a Tub . They did not accommodated that request. There was a pill on the floor in our room . The bed was very uncomfortable The pregnant blonde girl at front desk was very rude. Shower head was broken Room not cleaned asked for it to be cleaned . They came in on the 4th night and made bed and took out trash . The same stains were on nightstand ..3 rings from a cup . they left a red bottle of airfreshner or cleaner unlabeled in our room. Alarm went off in middle of the night the front desk yelled at my husband and told him they are dealing with it. I called customer service and Supervisor Melanie offered me 8000 points . I was there not on vacation. I was there because my Dad was dying he died on the last night of our stay...Not being able to sleep in a comfortable bed or partake in the amenities they advertised was very disappointing. We are booking 37 rooms for my Dad's funeral in Rochester and because of Choice dropping the ball we will go elsewhere . There was also a man from France that spoke very little English and he had a reservation however they told him they didn't have a room for him. After 2 hours they used the company card to get him a room at a different hotel .

The hotel has good location, close to highway and shopping. We had good night sleep there. Our room was facing Jefferson road so noice was not an issue at night. However, the hotel does not offer free bottled water as others. We had to retrieve our own from our car. It would be nice to add considering the relative low cost.

Service at the front desk was efficient. We are elderly and a young man who worked at hotel assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and refused a tip. What a shock.🫢 Both my husband I tried to give it to him. So great beginning! Give him a raise! The cleaning staff on the 4th floor was very helpful and courteous. The best part is the location. Everything you need is within a few miles if not across the street. This will be our return choice to stay. I’m only sorry there were no warm cookies. They definitely should be given out on the weekend.

We enjoyed a fabulous three night stay at this wonderful motel/hotel. Everything was better than we anticipated after other motels in the area that had been so disappointing, so we will definitely be back on our next trip to Rochester. The room was huge and lovely with comfortable beds and pillows, and large TV with lots of channel options. The towels were terrific, so large and fluffy. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices both hot and cold, and great coffee and tea available 24/7. I enjoyed the pool, small but deep enough at 4 feet for my aqua exercise/PT. And the hot tub was a bonus! My family spent some morning time in the very beautiful back yard, comfortable chairs, a fire pit and grill, and truly gorgeous flowers, shrubs and trees. Never seen anything like that at a motel before. Finally, every staff member I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and always made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this Fairfield to anyone in the Rochester area. We were willing to travel from Greece to Brighton daily, where my son lives, because the comfort here was worth the 15 or so minute ride. Thanks for a memorable weekend.

we normally stay here when in the area for work as it is an excellent location and near the interstates. the airport is about 6 miles away so not truly an airport hotel but close enough that is is not to far a stretch. the rooms are updated and clean. the hotel is quiet and the staff are excellent from the front desk to the lounge to the housekeepers. i highly recommend this Marriott if in the area.

Everything was great. Check in smooth as was check out. Bar service is always excellent.
