After being unhappy at another chain location, I switched from my usual brand and joined Radisson Rewards for this booking, with a great rate. Arrived here from ROCHESTER International Airport by LYFT ride, not knowing how long I would be staying, or what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. Located in a nice area, on busy Route 31, Monroe Ave , East of the city, but still close to all major attractions, like GeorgeEastman House, Memorial Art Gallery, Highland Park, Rochester Museum and Science Center, by car, also on city bus routes. My comfy accessible room is roomy and restful, with a King bed and roll-in shower, many safety bars in bathroom. There is a window unit for climate control , Microwave and fridge in my room, and a 40 inch flat screen TV that has a sharp picture with premium channels. Room and lobby WIFI works well., except with my Apple phone. Cozy family reading area with adult and children's books and a single computer/printer business center in lobby. I was happy to find a small coin operated laundromat and a tiny gym, with two machines. Amenities include a very good hot and cold breakfast served in lobby, with 24/7 refreshment and coffee/tea bar. Spunkmeyer cookies at desk, a small convenience store for essentials, including frozen entrees. Smoke free premises, however there is an outside seating area, with wooden Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for smokers. Four Electric car charging stations make this a great location for modern savvy travelers who care about the environment. Coffee-Tea stations in room and lobby were well stocked. The diverse cheerful and helpful staff keep all common areas very clean; all of them are very helpful and accommodating . I enjoyed conversing with International guest clientele in several languages, including Japanese tourists. With rewards member rates, its a great deal and price point. Ethnic restaurants and shopping nearby, including Pittsford Plaza and Eastview Mall . I recommend this hotel to all traveler friends in this area, and beyond, including my 50,000. travel chat buddies on Facebook, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, without hesitation. Does not deliver Marriott experience in many ways. To note, I was staying at the Roch Airport Fairfield Inn for business on a Thursday and Friday night - just so happens, the PGA Championship was also in Rochester that week... Thursday night check in and sleep - no problem. Beds are ok. However, I did notice a faint smell of something I would describe as a combination of cigar smoke and mold. Not nice. Friday breakfast rather disappointing. Hot breakfast starts at 8am but when I arrived at 8:10, they were already out of all of the hot items for breakfast and no water in sight. Kitchen staff looked puzzled as to where the food had gone and took their time bringing out more. Food was welcomed and good. No water - get it from the workout room or front desk I was told. Really? Many chairs broken and uncomfortable to sit in. Went to shower after. No hot water. Shower handle barely moves. I do my best to wash in cold water (sink wasn't much better) and tell them at the desk of the issue. They seemed to have known about this! Told me ”it was supposed to be fixed yesterday” blah blah whatever. I would like another room then. NOPE - full up. It is PGA weekend! They did not suggest that all of the hot water MAY have been used up by the other guests...they knew they had an issue. Friday night about 10pm. Did they fix the hot water in my room? No one knows. Can I have another room? Nope - full up. I check the shower, no hot water and handle is now what I would call broken - would not shut off all the way. Guess I expected the no hot water thing but the broken handle? What is going on? Did maintenance mess something up more-so? I was awoken at aprox 11:30pm by the hotel manager knocking then entering my room - while I was sleeping. He immediately accuses me of ”flooding the whole hotel”. WHAT are you talking about?? The broken shower apparently was filling up the service space behind the shower...flooding my room floor, the next room over and 3 rooms below. He notices the handle is broken and shuts of water from service space. Strange thing then happens: he immediately produces keys for another room just around the corner. Other rooms miraculously became available for me and for 3 other guests. Truly a miracle when you have been told twice that they are full and there are no other rooms for you. Reality: they had rooms. Bigger rooms. No other amenities - just more floor space as it was a corner room. No one initially wanted to spend the 6 mins to type and change my room - so laborious. I had to ask for the one night compensation - they were not going to give that to me. NOPE. DAB

Service at the front desk was efficient. We are elderly and a young man who worked at hotel assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and refused a tip. What a shock.🫢 Both my husband I tried to give it to him. So great beginning! Give him a raise! The cleaning staff on the 4th floor was very helpful and courteous. The best part is the location. Everything you need is within a few miles if not across the street. This will be our return choice to stay. I’m only sorry there were no warm cookies. They definitely should be given out on the weekend.

羅切斯特性價比超高的酒店。很新很乾凈，房間足夠大，有烤箱可以自己弄點吃的。離高速入囗很近，開車出門很便利。

we normally stay here when in the area for work as it is an excellent location and near the interstates. the airport is about 6 miles away so not truly an airport hotel but close enough that is is not to far a stretch. the rooms are updated and clean. the hotel is quiet and the staff are excellent from the front desk to the lounge to the housekeepers. i highly recommend this Marriott if in the area.
