Ein recht neues Haus, sehr gut in Offenbach an der Berliner Straße gelegen. Die Innenstadt und der Wochenmarkt am Wilhelmsplatz sin fussläufig innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben am Haus sind die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Concierges. Einziges Manko an den Zimmern ist das Bad mit der doch recht eigenwilligen Anordnung der Wasserhähne am Waschbecken. Da stimmen die Proportionen der Armatur nicht mit dem Waschbecken überein. Das führt unweigerlich zur Überschwemmung des Waschtisches. Ein bisschen befremdlich ist auch das der Parkplatz mit € 15.— pro Tag sehr teuer ist.

Situated approximately 6/7 mins walk from Offenbach Kaiserslai S Bahn station. Check in was very friendly and quick and the common areas of the hotel looked newly renovated and was decorated in modern style in fact you could still smell the paint. Room was quite large, clean, very quiet and also newly renovated. Bathroom had a powerful shower and hairdryer and the bed was comfy. The only problem I could see was there were only three coat hangers between two people. The only downside to this hotel is it’s location, it is situated in a business area without any amenities apart from a McDonalds a few minutes walk away, and although the hotel offered a bar at very good prices we didn’t see any evidence of food being offered. All in all a fantastic hotel with friendly staff, modern and clean rooms and brilliant value for the price paid

La posizione è perfetta per visitare Francoforte a piedi ma è in una via vicina alla stazione e abbastanza ”etnica” per usare un eufemismo. La sera infatti non è molto consigliabile da frequentare. Inoltre la mattina i rumori esterni si sentono eccessivamente. Possibilità di parcheggiare in struttura con prezzi più vantaggiosi rispetto ad altre strutture. La camera è grande e il bagno discreto. Il personale gentile e disponibile.

Die Unterkunft ist das aller letzte. Wir sind sofort wieder gegangen und sind auf unserem Geld sitzen geblieben! Das Bad war einfach nur dreckig und verraucht. Es waren Nikotinflecken an der Decke und es hat so penetrant gestunken, das uns schlecht wurde. Die Möbel waren abgeranzt und auf dem Bett waren Blutflecken! Mit dem Personal war nicht zu reden und es war ihm einfach egal. Er hat es sich angeschaut und mit den Schultern gezuckt und das Bettlagen einfach wieder gerichtet. Nach dem Personal müssen wir das Geld über Booking.com zurück fordern aber leider konnte die nette Mitarbeiter*in auch nichts bewirken. Wir haben 125€ gezahlt für die letzte Absteige in der man es nicht für 5min aushalten konnte.

The location of the hotel is quite good and is accessible to Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof and could move around easily. Quite close the city center as well. But what made this place great is the excellent service of the front desk, Mr. Fabian. His helpfulness and assistance is superb!

Arrived at hotel at 07.15 am on Thursday 21st Sept after a horrendous journey only to find out I had booked the previous night. Chap on reception was fantastic, switched our booking and managed to get us rooms with no charge. Hotel is in a fantastic location, right across from main train station. Doesn't look much from outside, but rooms are great and well fitted out. Staff superb.

Very nice hotel: clean, reasonably spacious room with a good bathroom. Handy location near the train station and at the same time fairly close to the center. The green tones are present throughout the hotel, both in the room and downstairs in the lobby (which is partly the breakfast room). This is typical of Ibis Styles, which exudes just that little bit more individuality compared to the other Ibis hotels. It was very nice to sit in the lobby in the evening and have a free cup of tea: this increased the already pleasant relaxed atmosphere that we experienced in the hotel. The air conditioning was nice to have in the room, but had a minimum temperature of about 25/26 degrees so it just didn't cool down enough in the room. Attempts to change this by pressing buttons failed, as we would be 'not authorized' to operate the buttons. Was this perhaps a policy to limit energy consumption in view of global warming and high energy prices? (probably a defect that can be solved by the technical service) The service was fantastic, especially at the check-in on August 18 (very friendly lady). The breakfast is not exceptionally extensive, but good enough. All in all a nice experience, and we will definitely come back if we have to be in northern bavaria for whatever reason.

If you want a nice hotel - this is the place. We stayed here for 6 days and we loved our stay here. The rooms are clean and modern. You have a TV with possibility to stream from your phone. It is a wardrobe and the bed is nice - I believe it is 180 cm(but not sure). The hotel is close to everything and right outside City Gallerie (the city mall). We did not have breakfast included in our stay, but this is because it is a lot of bakeries close by so we didn’t see the point for us. The receptionist that checked us in was very nice and professional (girl with tattooes). The rest of our stay we had the manager with his dog as our host and we didn’t talk alot to him - but we loved the English bulldog that was walking around in the reception. He was the cutest thing. The light in the room was fun - you can choose the color on the bed and behind the tv. One thing that did not bother us - but I can guess it can bother someone else. The bathrooms have glass walls (frosted) - so if you go on the bathroom during the night it will light up the room. The solution is just to go in the dark, it is not that hard. We had no problems with this - but I guess someone else could have a complaint about this. They do not have 24 hour reception - the doors closes at 23:00 - but you can get in with a key card. We never went in after 23 so don’t know if it works good or not - but I guess it is fine. Seems very easy. So all in all - very nice hotel and we will stay here again next time we are in Aschaffenburg!

PPengguna TetamuI was put up at this property by Lufthansa (shame on them). Th room I was given had no air conditioning and the door lock was broken allowing some drunk to walk into my room while I was trying to get a few hour sleep. The room was clean, BUT (1) the desk lamp was broken, the bathroom exhaust fan sounded like it was having it death knell and there was no bottle opener to open the bottled water provided The there is the 'so called' restaurant. The atmosphere was non existent. The waitress mad it clear that one could only go the 'buffet' once. The only good thing about the buffet was the fresh lettuce and cucumber. There was a cooked vegetable serving that was tasteless and watery. There was a meat of some sort in a white sauce that was inedible. There was also some badly dehydrated sausage. Oh the hotel has only one English television station, no computers in the lobby and no power adapters to be loaned to guests. The only good thing about this place is leaving it.
