Hotel Roissy-en-France dengan Bar

I’ve enjoyed my stay at the Mercure hotel. The room was a bit too small but overall it was clean and well furnished. The easy access to the CDGVal (free automated shuttle) is a plus. Just be careful when you’re booking your taxi from Paris city center : there is another Mercure hotel a few minutes away !

Great Service. Front Desk Claire gave a warm welcome to me when I first been to Paris. Really appreciate that. Nice environment for the hotel. Will visit again.

Séjour d'une courte nuit pour prendre un avion très tôt le matin. La chambre est confortable, beaucoup de rangements pour les vêtements, c'est même étonnant pour un hôtel d'aéroport donc de passage. Il aurait été préférable d'avoir une petite table pour prendre un encas à deux. En effet, le restaurant était complet, longue file d'attente, au point que nous avons vu plusieurs livreurs de sushi ou autre venir livrer dans l'hôtel. Compte tenu de notre heure de départ, il n'y a pas eu de petit déjeuner sur place non plus. La salle de bain cabine est certes petite mais fonctionnelle et propre, donc pour une nuit c'est très bien. Contrairement à d'autres hôtels de CDG dans lesquels nous avons déjà dormi, nous l'avons trouvé mal isolé, nous entendions beaucoup les bruits de circulation routière. Le terminal de l'aéroport le plus proche était fermé (Covid), je me demande quel est le bruit quand l'aéroport fonctionne normalement.

Service is excellent. Quality breakfast. Location is a bit far away from central paris and there is always traffic jam travelling from hotel to central paris.

We were 3 girls there for 3 nights, we stayed in bedroom 222 and we complained as soon as we arrived that we had found some used mans boxers in the wardrobe, to the reception. The guy in the beginning did not understand what we were saying but eventually said “we will send someone up” no one came. Next day we went to the reception and complains again. The girl was very nice and apologized and said it would be picked up. No one came again… It’s a very nice hotel, comfortable to stay a few nights, nice breakfast and the people are kind but this left us wondering if the bedroom was actually clean… which we saw that the floor was not but you can understand how we felt… Before we leave we left there a note.

The location right by the airport made it easy to catch my connecting flight without any stress. The room was clean and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, I would highly recommend this airport hotel for anyone looking for a convenient place to stay during their travels.

Love the breakfast! The room is comfortable, especially the firm bed,.The pillow is a little too soft and few for me, else all good. The Receptionists were all new. Hope some experience in basic and essential knowledge they will pick up to attend to queries (We asked how to travel to La Vallie Outlet Mall). Friendly, nonetheless. Can consider making available a microwave, especially if there is no kettle or cups in the room. The location is as good as Ibis other and Pullman. We enjoyed our 3-day stay. Thank-you

Pretty close to Charles De Gaulle airport. The cost to the airport is about 12 Euro by Uber and about 20 Euro by taxi. The hotel does offer shuttle service to the airport (5 Euro), but the last shuttle is at 10 am. No bottle water offered, but you can get hot water in the lobby.

This hotel was a near to the airport. And the public transportation in to the city from the hotel was very convenient just one bus and a train for about 15 euros. I absolutely loved the breakfast it was fresh and there were a variety of options. Including eggs, meats, cheese, and fresh fruit. We enjoyed a delicious espresso martini made by the stuff in the afternoon. Overall the stay was pleasant and relaxing.

I stayed one night. Before I went to the hotel, I worried about the reviews which were not good. But the room was clean and wide. I stayed comfortable. They have kitchen and microwave but no dishes.( If you want its, you must pay 10 €) I could contact with them on WhatsApp.
