Very nice stay ~ the rooms were very clean and the staff very professional. We arrived late evening and the Check in was very fast. The restaurant downstairs is a bit slow but the food is nice

I love this hotel and its staff. It’s modern, Extremely well equipped with amenities including an excellent sauna, the breakfast is superior, the front desk staff are all kind helpful and thoughtful and they are very welcoming to cyclists. I brought a group of 22 cyclists and we stayed several nights and I could not have asked for a better experience… the best possible way to start a tour of the new Seine A Velo cycle route to Honfleur riding from the hotel down the Canal D’Ourque into Paris and beyond. We were all treated extremely well and so I say again : I LOVE this hotel

The hotel itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. At check in the front desk staff were nice but not very helpful. My biggest complaint is that they did not offer shuttle service to CDG Terminal 1. They said their shuttle was not allowed at Terminal 1. But they offered shuttle service to ALL other terminals at CDG. They "were" more than glad to order a taxi for us at a very high cost. Terminal 1 is where a lot of overseas flights leave from. We later learned that they get a kick back from all taxi fares they book. So, it makes sense, they don't want to transport you free of charge to your overseas flight. Other than that, the hotel was nice.

Hotel is modern with well equipped room. We got bathrobes and slippers. Safe in room as well as iron, and kettle. Good restaurant on site with reasonable prices. Short walk to Roissy village with stores, restaurants and catholic church with 6pm Saturday mass, and Sunday morning masses.

A very cozy hotel located close to CDG Airport ,there’s a free train from the airport itself , French language will be a great tool as mostly that’s what they prefer. Enjoyed our one night stay as we had to catch our flight to Lourdes the next day .

because of the Olympics the rate increased significantly. The website indicated a free shuttle but 2 hrs. later I did finally get picked up. The return to CDG cost Euros 5 and was offered only every hour. the room was ok but nothing to rave about. Minimal amenities. For food only buffet dinner was offered and no soup (which is all I was looking for). No warm water in the sink.

One of the worst experience with holiday inn The following points worth reading 1- I arrived about 11:30 pm there were one guest waiting for the reception! We waited about 10 mints then I went to the back room of the reception and found the receptionist on his mobile ! 2- I wasn’t even greeted by any means! 3- the receptionist asked me to pay 50€ for incidentals which wasn’t refunded to my card as he mentioned that the amount will be released on check out time! 4- in the room there was no bottled water you should get the empty jar and fill it from the fountain at the corridor 5- there was no slippers or hygiene kits 6- the breakfast was below average 7- mugs were almost all dirty so be careful to get any of the ceramic ones get the glass ones for ur coffee 8- by the way they said that a shuttle bus is available from 2D/2B terminals but they didn’t mention that the last bust is at 10 pm this caused me waiting so long until I called the receptionist “international call” 9- if you need shuttle you need to book at the time you check in otherwise miss it
