Conveniently located near airport. Checking in on 3rd Oct for few hours to have a good rest before catching flight to Singapore on the same night.

Great Service. Front Desk Claire gave a warm welcome to me when I first been to Paris. Really appreciate that. Nice environment for the hotel. Will visit again.

Although I booked this hotel but I was never able to check in because I changed my flight date. Even when I called the hotel to please reschedule they refused. A whole 40 quid gone.

Ini adalah kali kedua kanak-kanak itu menginap di hotel ini. Ia sangat baik dalam semua aspek dan harganya sangat dekat dengan orang ramai. Kali ini bas ulang-alik hotel juga mula beroperasi, yang sangat mudah. Pada masa yang sama, saya juga ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada perkhidmatan pelanggan Ctrip Ah Cheng'er. Kerana perbezaan waktu, mereka larut malam ketika berunding. Ah Cheng'er selalu mengambil masalah dan sangat bersemangat untuk membantu menghubungi hotel. Ibu bapa kita sangat terharu, dan anak-anak dapat yakin ketika mereka menginap di hotel, dan akan datang lagi pada masa akan datang.

Service is excellent. Quality breakfast. Location is a bit far away from central paris and there is always traffic jam travelling from hotel to central paris.

We were 3 girls there for 3 nights, we stayed in bedroom 222 and we complained as soon as we arrived that we had found some used mans boxers in the wardrobe, to the reception. The guy in the beginning did not understand what we were saying but eventually said “we will send someone up” no one came. Next day we went to the reception and complains again. The girl was very nice and apologized and said it would be picked up. No one came again… It’s a very nice hotel, comfortable to stay a few nights, nice breakfast and the people are kind but this left us wondering if the bedroom was actually clean… which we saw that the floor was not but you can understand how we felt… Before we leave we left there a note.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons car le prix est vraiment attractif sur trip.com. Cet hôtel présente un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel est dévoué et sympathique, notamment au niveau du petit déjeuner. Il est toutefois à déplorer quelques mauvaises prises en charge : le soir de l'arrivée, on me demande de payer les petits déjeuners déjà payés en ligne, puis ensuite la taxe de séjour, alors que le tout avait déjà été payé en ligne. Et le lendemain matin, c'est une nouvelle réceptionniste qui me redemande la taxe de séjour, qui en plus avait été prélevée pour deux adultes, alors qu'il n'y en a qu'un (et les moins de 18 ans en sont exemptés). Le tout couronné par un tél quasi entièrement déchargé. Il n'y a aucune prise USB pour les personnes n'ayant qu'un câble de chargement, sans chargeur. Qu'un souci arrive de temps en temps, soit ! Mais qu'il y en ait régulièrement un, il faut revoir la procédure avec trip.com, notamment informatique, car c'est trop de temps et de gêne pour le client. D'attendre x temps déjà exténuée, vers 23h, puis remettre ça le lendemain, ce n'est pas acceptable. J'ai dû appeler moi-même trip.com de surcroît (avec un tél quasi déchargé) pour que l'organisme se justifie auprès de l'hôtel du paiement, ou je payais ces prestations en double !!! Merci également d'indiquer où se trouve la chambre...car les panneaux au RDC ne l'indiquaient pas.

It’s good location nearby CDG airport. It has free shuttle train to all the terminal with 3 minute walking distance from hotel. It a express hotel, so surrounding don’t have any convenient shop but you can take a train to terminal 1 in CDG airport to shop what you need. The breakfast is so so.

Great location if you are transiting in CDG or having an early flight. It was easy to locate the hotel, just follow the signage, take CDG VAL/airport train to terminal 3 and it was a short 1 minutes walk to the hotel. Room was small but comfortable for 1 night stay. Only towels provided, no tooth brush.

Stayed for just one night as we were travelling from CDG the next day. Room was quiet (with windows closed, remember we’re close to an international airport), warm and clean. Lovely shower. Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was fine. Shuttle to airport was ‘bang’ on time. Does what it says on the tin👍.
