不好的：房間沒有圖片看着大，房間衞生地板有水漬也沒有特別乾淨，不太符合這個價位該有的衞生情況。 服務配套不行，早餐有的東西沒了，過了很久都沒有補充，導致沒東西吃，用餐體驗不好，周圍比較偏僻沒吃的，只有酒店可以吃，但是酒店的東西貴又不好吃，特別點名自助小火鍋，東西太次了，還不如外面的39塊單人旋轉小火鍋，實在要吃，雲頂餐廳還行，就是貴。 孩子超過130的都要補早餐費。 環境：挺好的，酒店很美，山上俯瞰全景也很美 設施：小童設施也挺好 服務態度不錯，但是就是配置管理有待加強 餐飲也是需要改善…… 建議體驗一下團購房型就可以了沒必要花三亞五星酒店的錢住這種。
