Cibele Bed&Breakfast

We spent three very enjoyable nights at Cibele B&B. Mine host and her assistant were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the breakfast more than adequate. The location was perfect, step out of the front door straight into the hustle and bustle of the Monti district. Public transport is handy and there are numerous eating houses available. Be aware, there are stairs to the accommodation, no lift! Can definitely recommend when one wants to be immersed in the local vibe. It’s not a budget buster but value for money! Australian senior travellers!

This no frills bed and breakfast was a real find offering a very comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay just five minutes from the heart of the city! Tucked away yet easy to find, the accommodation is spotlessly clean and our room was huge! Despite overlooking the street, the double, double glazing ensured a decent night's sleep. Breakfast is self service and comprises pre-packed baked goods, cereal, cheeses, hams and yoghurt - simple yet adequate. Emma our delightful hostess speaks impeccable English and is a fount of knowledge about places to visit as well as very good eateries in the area. Thanks to her recommendations we ate out in two very good, authentic restaurants offering exceptional value for money.. Should we visit Rome again, we would definitely stay at the Cibele and can thoroughly recommend it.

Thanks to Emma we’ve enjoyed our short stay in Rome to the fullest! The localization of the b&b is absolutely perfect, within walking distance to the main monuments. Emma and her friend Eloise were also of a great help when it came to food & drink recommendations, so that we could experience authentic roman food. It is definitely going to be our place to stay when in Rome, and we highly recommend it to anyone, whether you are visiting Rome for just a few days or for a longer period of time. Thank You Emma!

An absolute gem in the heart of Rome, just a short walk from the Colosseum. The room was a great size with a lovely view of the vibrant street below. The host, Emma is extremely knowledgeable when it comes the the local area and very enthusiastic to help you find whatever you're looking for in a Roman experience. We were interested in historical sites and local food and Emma helped us find restaurants and ancient Roman points of interest that we would likely never have found without her guidance. Would absolutely recommend Cibele and it will be my first choice if I get another chance to see Rome.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, man ist direkt vom Termini dort und kann auch sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Der Stadtteil bietet maximales Italien-Flair. Die Gastgeberin ist super lieb, das Zimmer wunderbar sauber und die Atmosphäre ein Traum. Würde jederzeit wieder hier her kommen !

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet établissement idéalement situé à deux pas du Colisée, nous avons visité Rome à pied. Toutes les attractions sont proches. Il y a une station a quelques mètres. Le quartier est animé et propose de très bons restaurants. Emma est une remarquable hôte qui a plaisir à partager des très bonnes adresses et à faire découvrir les plaisirs qu’offre cette ville (en français) merci beaucoup. Les chambres sont grandes et d’une propreté remarquable, la literie très confortable. Petit dej en self-service. Je recommande cette adresse.

Posizione eccellente, in un bel quartiere tranquillo e centralissimo con tanti locali esplorabile a piedi. Il palazzo è orribile e mal tenuto, ma quando si entra nella struttura la storia cambia. Posto pulito e bel arredato. La nostra camera (terra) era spaziosa e molto confortevole. Nota: doppie finestre per isolare dai rumori della strada. La colazione è "impacchettata" come da regole covid della regione Lazio, ma c'è tutto il necessario: brioches, marmellate, toast, prosciutto, formaggio,ecc... Ultima menzione per la proprietaria, Emma, molto gentile e simpatica, sempre presente durante le colazioni e pronta a dare suggerimenti su visite o ristoranti. Consiglio di prenotare direttamente dal sito dell BB per ottenere sconti più interessanti rispetto ai famosi portali. Torneremo sicuramente. Stefano e Roberta
