新婚旅行の最終宿泊先で利用させていただきました。
どこまでもおもてなしの心が行き届いた大変素晴らしいホテルでした。
ロケーションはテルミニ駅から1駅、主要な観光地にも30分あれば徒歩または電車で移動できます。
高級ブランドのアメニティはどれも使い心地が良く、妻も大変喜んでいました。
また、ウェルカムメッセージは大変心の温まるものでした。
朝食ビュッフェも利用させていただきましたが、どの食べ物も美味しくライブキッチンでは大変美味しい*料理をいただくことができます。
ホテルの歴史やイベントなどを調べていくと宿泊をより楽しむことができます。階段や歴史的なエレベーターなど、どの部分を見てもスタイリッシュさを感じました。
ローマ滞在をより素晴らしいものにするために利用するにはもってこいの最高のホテルです。

-방이 길고 작은 편입니다. 캐리어 펼쳐두면 여유가 별로 없어요.
냉장고가 없습니다.
화장실 샤워부스나 세면대 등에 금이 가 있거나 낡은 부분 등이 있습니다.
제공 어메니티는 양치용 일회용컵, 샤워젤과 비누 뿐입니다.
조식이 아주 간단합니다. (빵 몇 종류, 삶은 계란,치즈,햄, 씨리얼, 요거트, 커피머신, 쥬스, 잼과 티 종류 등이 전부로 샐러드나 과일류등은 없습니다.)
비싼 로마의 숙소들 중에 이정도 싱글룸이면 가성비 나쁘지 않다고 봅니다.
짧은 일정이고 호텔에 머문 시간이 길지 않아 괜찮았어요.

I LOVED HOTEL CECIL! It’s the PERFECT LOCATION ;in the middle of everything but not in the chaos..Spanish steps a short walk away..Boutiques plentiful on streets all around..Julia and Andrea a huge help throughout my stay.. !!!!! Very grateful for all the hospitality and ease that comes with Hotel Cecil. Will stay again my next visit to Rome….

The hotel is located on good location in a walking distance to Termini Train Station. It is clean and the staff are excellent in serving customers. There are a number of good restaurants near this hotel. We have stayed two times during this trip and we plan to stay again in the near future.

This hotel is really top! Location is close to everything, train/metro, shops, bars, restaurants. Super location! The hotel itself is extremely neat and clean. The staff are wonderful and helpful (especially, Silvia from the dining area!) Everything you need in one stay, surrounded by a super friendly staff. I truly have zero complaints. I highly recommend and will come again!!! Thank you Abitart & Silvia!

The best hotel I have ever been, the bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, the breakfast is amazing, everything so good and fresh, the Spa is to die for, i had a massage aswell and it was very good, they also give free products in the fridge for you which is a bonus, very clean, the position is amazing not far from town center, I wish I could go back now. Big should out to ever employees, always with a smile, always nice, nothing is too much of a problem, thank you for making this experience for me so effortless

Struttura in pieno centro a pochi metri dalla metropolitana, perfetta per girare la città. Pulita, comoda e curata nei dettagli. Comodo il check-in online e le aperture tramite app che ci hanno consentito di arrivare senza problemi in tarda serata. Lo staff, anche a distanza, è stato attento alle nostre esigenze e richieste e ci ha seguiti per tutto il soggiorno. Consigliato!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Metropolis. Our daughter had studied abroad in Rome & highly recommended the Prati neighborhood for safety. We were glad we listened to her. Felt safe the entire trip at this hotel & it was so centrally located to everything we needed to see & do. The ideal location of the hotel & the hospitality of the staff made our stay a wonderful one. We would book here again without hesitation & will recommend it to everyone we know headed to Rome. Very impressed with the hotel staff. Paul was hotel manager, concierge & front desk lead; he was quite helpful, courteous & extremely professional. He helped us during our entire stay, with all our questions & with anything we needed. John (sp?) was night staff & was also very kind & helpful, too. Sebastian was night desk help & helpful with WiFi but Paul is the perfect person to lead your hotel with all the guests & to be the face of the hotel when guests first arrive. His professionalism is hard to match! The room & bathroom were a nice size compared to what we had been told about room size in Europe. Our only suggestion for our room (room 305), to better improve the experience, is to secure the desk. It was a loose & needed a bit more care. That’s only a very small suggestion as we really did enjoy all of our stay at Hotel Metropolis! All around, it was an incredible visit & enjoyed our experience very much. It’s ideal location, safety & cleanliness makes this a hotel to recommend to our loved ones & friends back home. Thank you for your help in making this an unforgettable trip to Rome! Terri & Gerry L.

The staff, bartenders, and night shift felt like absolute family by the end and I truly will never stay anywhere else while in Rome. Fravio (hope I am spelling that right) made my trip with his kind and friendly demeanor. All of the bartenders made me feel at home and welcome at all times. Treating me more than fairly in every citrcumstance. The rooms were clean and nice, with working showers and good facilities. I truly have nothing negative to say about my visit.

PPengguna TetamuI cannot recommend this hotel enough! I visited with my 14-year old daughter last month, with 5 nights in Rome at the beginning and 2 nights at the end. Based on reviews, price, and location, I booked this hotel -- we could not have been happier. Our room was spotless during both of our stays, as were the common areas, restaurant, etc. The hotel is perfectly located -- right in the middle of the historic center and walkable to everything -- Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon all a 5-10 minute walk. Whenever we needed a taxi (e.g. early morning tours that were a 25 min walk away), the front desk staff (Lyuba, Davide, Iustin) were helpful and the taxi was never more than a 4 minute wait (more about staff below). The hotel is on a road with restaurants, a few small supermarkets, a wonderful local pasticceria, and a 4-5 minute walk from Piazza Navona -- a beautiful, huge piazza with stunning fountains, surrounded by endless restaurants and bars. There's a pharmacy right off the piazza if you need anything -- I used it to get COVID tested to be able to fly home. It was fast, easy, and reliable.
The hotel breakfasts were fantastic - typical European breakfast with meats + cheeses, yogurts / cereals / berries, all kinds of coffee drinks, breads / rolls / croissants, warm foods (e.g. quiche, sauteed spinach, eggs, etc.), and endless baked goods. The staff wore masks at all times, and most guests wore masks while up and about at the buffet, taking them off while seated. The tables were set beautifully and the entire area was spotless -- it was easy to see how hard the dining room staff worked.
The rooms were great -- extremely comfortable beds, terrific linens, wonderful shower, all modern and new. Be aware, even with the window closed and on a higher floor, on the front side of the hotel the street below is busy and there's a restaurant / bar with outdoor seating in front of the hotel -- if you're a light sleeper, you'll hear sounds (people + traffic) late into the night. My daughter didn't notice at all -- I heard it all night. Our room during the beginning of our stay was on the rear of the buidling, opening into a small courtyard -- it was lovely, quiet, airy, and had a wonderful balcony (4th Floor). If you can get one of those rooms, I highly recommend it.
The front desk staff: ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. As a mom traveling alone with a young teenage daughter during COVID and the instability in eastern Europe, I had concerns before traveling. Lyuba, Davide, and Iustin were attentive, helpful, accommodating, and informative. Whether it was checking us in early when we first arrived from the airport, arranging taxis, storing our luggage while we traveled to Florence, or helping figure out COVID testing to return home, they were on point, efficient, and kind. The afternoon before our flight home, I realized that the Rome Marathon was scheduled for the following day. They helped me trouble shoot while I was out with my daughter, trying to be present with her while simultaneously communicating with them via WhatsApp to figure out how to get to the airport the next morning. Requesting a taxi 1/2 hour before heading to the airport would have been disasterous, as they were closing all the roads, and no taxis would have been available. The staff arranged a private driver (worth the cost) and were in close contact with him and his dispatcher to make sure we were all apprised of which roads were closed. My daughter and I did have to walk 10 minutes to the river with our suitcases and cross to the other side, as all local roads had been closed, but it was actually a piece of cake. Our driver was waiting for us exactly where the hotel staff said he would be, and from there it was easy getting to the airport. If the staff hadn't been responsive and seriously on top of it, we would not have made it to the airport that day.

When I travel, I search out family run bed & breakfasts and or small boutique hotels. Why? The people. People make the difference. On this trip to Rome, I was traveling with my father. I was looking for a small boutique hotel in a quiet location but a location from which all of Rome is easily accessible by walking. I couldn’t have dreamed up a more perfect property than Hotel Monte Cenci. Located on the Via Beatrice Cenci, a quiet location just one block from the Tiber River, and surrounded by gorgeous buildings with window boxes spilling over with geraniums, the Hotel Monte Cenci is a livable work of art. Designed in a historic palazzo this 30-room hotel feels more like a stay in a beautiful private home. Entering from Via Beatrice notice the two story marble lobby flanked by book cases which run the length of the lobby behind the reception desk. You will be greeted as though you are a long friend coming home for a visit. At the south end of the lobby is a magnificent 2 story window that allows light from the lobby to flood into the hotel bar. Just a few steps down from the lobby is a reception room and access to either the elevator to your room or use the stairs. We utilized the stairs. The bedrooms are generous in size with plush bedding, gorgeous ensuite bathrooms (some bathrooms have marble sink tops from historic hotel in Rome), casement triple glazed windows with views onto the surrounding buildings and streets in this quiet enclave. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the rooftop terrace. In the afternoon the terrace with its lush plantings and awnings is a great place to escape for a quick nap or down time reading a book-also great in the evenings for a glass of wine or an Aperol Spritz. The location is perfect. Every attraction is walkable and the best way, and only way in my opinion, to see Rome is to walk. Rome is an open-air museum full of art and architecture and history. Stroll down streets, take the alley way, follow the delicious scents, and discover a small neighborhood osteria or bar. Shop the shops away from the large tourist attractions. Discover a fountain in a piazza and take the time to see Rome, truly see Rome. The beauty of staying in a small boutique hotel is that the people at the hotel will also share with you their favorite places to eat, shop, sip and walk and share historical tidbits. I cannot find the words to express how wonderful the people at the Hotel Monte Cenci are. They are kind, informative, helpful, funny, welcoming and feel like family. Whether first thing in the morning or late in the evening I looked forward to every interaction with all members of the staff. They make you feel as though you are a family member visiting. MMeganeThe hotel was a bit far from any touristic places or metro, and a bit hidden in a hidden way.
It was overall clean and the room was big even though funnily organised.
The night I arrived, there was a private event a the hotel's bar so it wasn't available.
Else than this, the staff is really welcoming and friendly, and the hotel has a decent gym.

They breakfast had plenty of options.
They have a nice lounge area where you can relax after a long day out.

It was a decent hotel, I'd say this is more of a premier Inn type of hotel, there's not much range when it comes to breakfast, bacon and eggs and mostly cake. It's quite far from Rome center so will need to get the metro, 15 minutes walk to the metro and then about 30 minutes on the metro to Rome center. I think getting charged £45 for tourist tax is ridiculous, especially being far out, with this extra money could have booked a hotel closer to Rome center.

Comfortable Stay and Helpful Staff:
The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean and well-maintained rooms. The ambiance was pleasant, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The staff members were exceptionally helpful, offering prompt assistance and providing useful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. Their attentive and friendly service added to the overall positive experience.
Breakfast Experience:
One area where Hotel.Paris could improve is the breakfast menu. While the quality of the food was satisfactory, the fixed breakfast menu for all days became somewhat monotonous for guests planning to stay for more than a day. Having a limited selection of dishes might disappoint those who prefer variety or have specific dietary requirements. Introducing some variety or offering alternatives for guests staying multiple days would greatly enhance the breakfast experience.

PPengguna TetamuAbbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo per due notti. Appena arrivati ci hanno sistemato in una casetta esterna alla struttura principale con circa 5/6 stanze. Abbiamo lasciato le valige velocemente per andare a cena, e solo al nostro ritorno abbiamo iniziato a notare delle cose che via via sono andate a peggiorare. Abbiamo richiesto un ferro da stiro, e ci è stato detto che non sapevano dove fosse e che avrebbero chiesto l'indomani alla signora delle pulizie. In vari hotel a 4 stelle il ferro da stiro è addirittura presente in camera! Rientrati in stanza, abbiamo iniziato a notare dettagli relativi alla pulizia e all'aspetto della stanza. Nella doccia erano presenti capelli, la tavoletta del gabinetto era totalmente ingiallita (costo su Amazon € 15 spedizione inclusa!), l'unica sedia presente in stanza aveva un cuscino bianco con delle macchie nere e la pellicola protettiva totalmente strappata. A parte delle abat jour presenti ai due lati del letto, non esisteva un punto luce sul soffitto. Il telecomando della TV era rattoppato con dello shock nero, e appena preso in mano lo shock si è tutto srotolato. Ma il bello è arrivato quando, richiedendo un quarto cuscino che ci è stato prontamente portato, ho notato che esternamente aveva un mega alone giallo a chiazze. Inorridita ho avuto la malsana e fortunatamente giusta idea di controllare anche gli altri tre cuscini... Due di questi erano pieni di macchie gialle all'interno, anche sui bordi, che fuoriuscivano dal lenzuolo!! Chiamato il ragazzo alla reception l'ho caldamente invitato di portarmi cuscini immacolati, data soprattutto la presenza di mio figlio di 3 anni, altrimenti davvero avremmo dormito senza! Se non avessimo anticipato il pagamento (struttura consigliata come seconda opzione per un matrimonio) ce ne saremmo andati all'istante. Ci servirà da lezione: chi chiede il pagamento anticipato non è un albergatore serio!!! Dopo vari minuti sono stati portati i cuscini, puliti, ma senza nemmeno una scusa e nemmeno una parola! Ulteriore tasto dolente: la colazione ... Una colazione del genere viene offerta forse in un albergo a due stelle! Arredamento della sala imbarazzante, colazione misera, senza opzioni sempre presenti in un 4 stelle come le uova o della frutta fresca, bevande calde da una macchinetta di pessima qualita', due scelte di succo annacquatissimi... Il top è la vaschetta degli affettati... Di plastica, con delle crepe al livello della maniglietta per sollevarla, storta.... Il mio bimbo che adora il prosciutto cotto ne ha mangiato una fetta, mi ha guardato e mi ha detto che non era buono... E aveva ragione! 4 stelle dove? Anche 3 stelle sarebbero regalate! L'unica cosa positiva che ho visto: la cameriera della sala colazione, da sola, che correva da una parte all'altra e lavorava come una matta e senza che le chiedessimo nulla ci ha portato la sedia in più per il bambino mettendoci in un punto con più spazio, dato appunto le dimensioni ridotte della stanza. Prima e ultima volta!

__TX***mjVenice, Italy, was picturesque and beautiful among the cities I've been to the most, especially the scenery from the top of the Rialto Bridge cannot be described, and there are shops on the bridge, so it boasts a more humane atmosphere. While waiting for the water bus, looking at the sea, the stress accumulated during that time was relieved, and it really made me feel like I was in the picture, so I felt very different. It didn't fit my mouth, but the seafood and fish were really delicious. ㅠㅠ I know why it is famous as a honeymoon destination. This is really a paradise. It's one of the cities you must go to before you die!

长长空一残月🌙Very beautiful place, not far from the Pantheon and the Wishful Pool. There are three beautiful fountains in the center and there is a very good festive atmosphere around. We visited this place at different times of the day as we lived nearby and its beauty was different during the day and night.
