Everything is excellent! Location, room, service and breakfast! I will surely book again when i go back to Rome and will also recommend to friends.

Quite unique and the staff are hospitable and accommodating.

Best kept secret in Rome. Great location and breakfast. Super clean. Lovely lovely people. I would not stay another hotel again if I return to Rome.

If I could give you he hotel a 6 star rating I would. It is a lovely small hotels with lovely large rooms near Circus Maximus. However, it is the staff the make this place so remarkable. We had an issue with lost luggage caused by the airline for nearly 30 hours. The three front desk staff worked tirelessly for hours calling the airport trying to help us. At 10:00 at night th night before we left for our cruise Mohammad performed a miracle & managed to get our luggage delivered. The airport at 2:00 today said they had our luggage & would be contacting us to deliver. Somehow Mohammad performed a miracle the night before. You will never find a more lovely hotel with a more wonderful staff

We chose this hotel as it was very close to the FAO Headquarters where my wife had a meeting. We were immediately impressed by the very welcoming reception at the desk. This friendly spirit was universal among the staff. Our room was furnished with very simple attractive furniture. There was plenty of shelving and hanging space. The double bed was very comfortable with large pillows. The bathroom had a good walk-in shower. There was a mini-fridge stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks, but no glasses or bottle opener. The cupboard contained a small safe. The bathroom had a hair dryer but there were no kettle or tea coffee facilities. Only breakfast was available. A very wide variety of items were available. It is a bit out of the main tourist center of Rome but all the hop-on hop-off busses have a stop at the other end of the street. Our final test of a hotel-would we stay there again? Yes definitely.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff were lovely. I would be very happy to stay there again. Of course the rooms were very clean and in perfect condition. The breakfast was very good as well. The location is convenient but also quiet so I was able to get an exceptionally good night’s sleep.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast. You can leave your luggage there if you are early to check in. Great location if you want to walk to the Colosseum, palatine, circus Maximus. Not far from Trastevere and testaccio. A bit further to go to the city e.g. pantheon. Definitely will hope to come back.

Recommended for the location (walking distance of key attractions and metro station), very quiet environment (two beautiful gardens next door), and excellent breakfast (rare for mid-level hotels in Italy). Rooms are quite small, but this is expected in Rome, so no gym in the room. One missing item: a kettle.

Le plus de l’hôtel sourire, outre son nom, c’est la gentillesse de son personnel. Accueil chaleureux, des chambres pas énormes, mais tout y est, y compris un bureau en vrai bois. Le personnel a avancé la préparation du petit déjeuner pour que je puisse le prendre à 6:30 en raison de mon vol de retour matinal. Réception ouverte 24/24. Petit bémol pour l’insonorisation, mais ça c’est une constante à Rome. Localisation tout à fait géniale à proximité immédiate de Circo Massimo et le Colisée un peu plus loin. Très recommandé.

Ho scelto questo hotel per la sua posizione, poche centinaia di metri dal circo massimo. Personale accogliente, gentile, camera pulita, ma bagno senza bidet!!!! Ottima colazione. Prezzo un po’ caro ma in linea con ciò che si trova a Roma. Consigliato

Non capisco l'entusiasmo di molte recensioni... Hotel piccolo in un bel posto di Roma con ristoranti e negozi in zona. Ma con molte mancanze. Come al solito ormai non c'è il bidet e passi, ci si arrangia con la doccetta del water. Porte sottilissime per cui si sente tutto ma proprio tutto da fuori. Ma il peggio è la colazione servita, in ritardo, in una veranda esterna anche fredda. Ho dovuto aspettare quasi 20 minuti per avere un caffè perché l'addetto, alle 7,20, stava ancora allestendo. Organizzatevi meglio.
