room was clean，but no reception

The room is clean, and the location is excellent, as it's near the Vatican Museum. However, breakfast was a bit of a hassle, as we had to go to nearby coffee shops and sometimes faced difficulties with the owners. One even refused to talk to the hotel owner on the phone, and we left without breakfast on the last day. It was very time-consuming for us to do this every morning. If you book breakfast at the hotel, be aware that you'll receive just one croissant and a coffee for 3 euros in total. The elevator is quite old and small, making it a bit challenging to navigate. Mr. Fabrize, the owner, is exceptionally kind, but it's recommended to focus on providing excellent service to earn positive reviews rather than asking us to leave 5 Stars feedback on booking sites.

Great location, very close to Vatican city. Accommodation on floor 5, which has stairs and a very small lift, which might be inconvenient if guests have a large suitcase, as it may take a couple of trips, to get to the room. We stayed in Room 3, which was clean and spacious, had a balcony with a bistro table and chairs, comfortable kingsize bed, large TV, which had Netflix, free WIFI, and a small safe. Small fridge, kettle. Coffee machine we were left 2 coffee pods, which weren't replaced after we used them on the first day, There are plenty of t.bags for tea drinkers. Italian breakfast is served at a cafe in the next street, Good size bathroom, but a very small shower cubicle. The host was really informative and gave some good tips. *** Overpowering smell of various Airfreshners in reception area,and the bedroom that was clearly used to camouflage what i believe to be a damp / mouldy smell*** Curtain in bathroom needs to be washed as it has mould spots on it, As does the window frame.

Myself and my partner stayed at this B&B for 4 days whilst on our visit to Rome. At an additional fee our host picked us up from the airport. The host was super friendly and really helpful in pointing out good spots to visit and eat. The room itself was clean and had all essentials needed. The hotel is a 2/3 minute walk from the Vatican. Roughly 30 mins to Trevi and a little bit further afield for the Coliseum - however - you get to see so much when you walk around! Breakfast at the nearby cafe was again a stone throw from the B&B and staff were nice! Pastry and hot drink every morning got us ready for the day! Highly recommend - good value for money and helpful hosts. Grazie mille!

It’s clean (5) floor elevator really small, no desk service available (24) and problems with water cold and hot, a/c issues really was not what the reviews saying

Stanza pulita, al quinto piano di un palazzo con ascensore. Zona molto tranquilla, letto comodo. Non mi è piaciuta la comunicazione lenta per riprendere i bagagli lasciati e calcare presente nella macchinetta del caffè. In generale comunque sono rimasto soddisfatto.
