"Very close to Termini station and just a few steps from Santa Maria Maggiore. The single room was not too small. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. I had nothing to shower with and had to ask reception for a tiny piece of soap. The TV had no channels installed, so it was basically useless. There is no complementary water in the room which would have been great after a long flight. Seeing it advertised as a 4-star hotel from the outside, I honestly expected more. The worst part was the shower in the morning, which was cold. Taking a cold shower in late December was not a good start of the day. WiFi worked well. I could also smell cigarette smoke coming from other rooms. It didn’t bother me much, but it might be an issue for others. The price was convenient, but next time I’d rather spend a bit more and choose another place."

"I DO NOT recommend this hotel. For the price paid, not the best value for money. The location is beside Roma Termini, so it’s at least ~20mins walk to the nearest sights like Colosseum and ~25mins to Trevi Fountain etc. You can easily book a good 4* hotel for the same price they charge within 5mins walk. Speaking of stars, it’s more of an overpriced 4*, the walls are hollow (I knocked on all 4 corners, even the toilet walls are hollow), the amenities given are substandard (Hand feels dry after cleaning with their soap) and there’s no divider for the shower. So there’s problem with noise pollution. I’m on the 4th floor and can still hear honking below clearly. Breakfast is mostly pastries focused so you can safely skip if that’s not for you. Lastly, if you carefully see the 8 photos “Collection Rooms” on Trip.com, there is no attic room. But there are attic rooms in this hotel, and they are much, much smaller than the rooms pictured. Take a look at my photos. Deceptive in their advertising. Unless there’s a sale, please take caution when considering this hotel. There is a NH collection hotel just down the street which have much better reviews on Google Maps!"

"The room is spotless -sheets are being changed sometimes TWICE A DAY (!),I stayed at the deluxe room which had amazing Roman architectural elements such as extremely highly ceilings with “wavy” ceiling,big windows with antique vibes. The room is modernly designed with great amenities. I give the hotel extra points on using “Acqua di Parma” toiletries, it means a lot in my opinion when a luxury hotel use luxury toiletries. The hotel staff is out of this world -very helpful,very kind and very welcoming. The reception staff is very patient and will go above and beyond in order to help the guest to have the best experience in Rome . Regarding the location -the hotel is 8 minutes walking from the from the colosseum,should I add more ?"

"The hotel does not have a lift. We had to carry our suitcases up and there are 24 steps.  There should be a note stating no lift so that people are aware and stay away if they have heavy luggage. There is no service at all and the cleaner wanted to come and clean around 4 pm. I would not come back to stay."

"Terrible stay, absolutely awful experience, I truly don't recommend anyone come here! First off, the room is incredibly small, feeling cramped and claustrophobic, making for a very uncomfortable stay. Definitely avoid this hotel in the summer; the air conditioning is completely useless with almost no cooling effect. It was stiflingly hot all night, making it impossible to get any proper rest. The curtains have terrible light-blocking capabilities. Streetlights shine directly into the room at night, making it too bright and severely affecting sleep. I couldn't get a good night's sleep at all. And the breakfast quality is even worse for words. There's a pitifully small selection, and all the fruit and bread were stale, greatly reducing the taste. Even the in-house coffee machine wasn't working properly, completely ruining the dining experience. The bathroom design is highly impractical. The sink basin is too shallow, and the water pressure is extremely high. The moment you turn on the tap, water splashes everywhere, easily soaking your clothes. The counter space is tiny, with no room to even put basic toiletries, making it incredibly inconvenient to use. Overall, every aspect was unsatisfactory. This stay was extremely disappointing. I won't be coming back, and I advise everyone not to make the same mistake!"
