I enjoyed my stay at this Inn. The location was a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum and 25 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The Colosseum and Trevi Fountain are also about a 15 minute walk from each other so you could do both in one day. The Inn is also a 1 minute walk to the Sanata Maria Maggiore. Lots of restaurants nearby and laundry facility about 50m from the Inn. The Inn also has coffee and tea stations and gives guests croissants in the morning which I thought was a lovely touch. The staff are very friendly and great to engage with. Termini station is about a 10 minute walk or 7 minutes by Taxi. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom facilities. The shower is really small and you barely get room to move around. I’m very small in stature and I found it difficult so I can’t imagine someone taller and bigger. The Inn is a bit hard to find and the reception is unresponsive on here so would recommend reaching out in advance or enabling international calls so you can call them directly. The room was also a bit noisy sometimes so if you’re a light sleeper, this might be a challenge. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. If you’re from Australia, the area is the equivalent of staying in the Valley (Brisbane)

Clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. However, getting to the hotel was a bit difficult, and the toilet flushing poorly was an issue.

Very clean and tidy. Well-furnished and have a shared kitchenette for tea and coffee (capsules and staff instructed how to use). Very nice coffee brew! Luggages can be stored at a designated spot even after check-out!

A nice hotel with a great location. Friendly staff and a great view from the window (pictured). Cons: cold floors and no slippers.

The location was great, just a few minutes from Termini Station. I checked in after dark, so it was dark and I got a little lost because I didn't realize I had to press the intercom. The room was clean and comfortable. Coffee and other amenities were also provided, which was nice.

The breakfast was simple, and some facilities, such as the water heater, were shared. The room was clean, and I was able to spend a relaxing time.

It was a bit difficult to find, because it is not exactly a hotel in the classic version, it is more like a guest house in a regular apartment building in Rome. The area is convenient, you can easily walk to Termini and the Church of Santa Maggiore; in general, even the Colosseum is a 20-minute walk away. There are several metro stations, supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. The room had everything you need, there is a shared kitchen with unlimited coffee and tea; the staff tries to help with any reason; the first 2 days they gave croissants for breakfast (we had a rate without meals, but in the morning they found a cute gift on the door handle). We were satisfied. An important clarification - if someone makes noise in the hallway, it will be very audible; and a more powerful extractor fan in the bathroom is missing

Great location next to Termini station. All major attractions are within a half hour walk. Rooms are comfortable. There is a shared kitchen area with a coffee machine. I have reduced the score for "amenities" because the water was turned off for several hours (they were turned off in the whole building).

The establishment which is very clean and functional is well located close to Termini station...we had asked for a quiet room, this was the case. The welcome is friendly. Just one downside, the "breakfast" which consists of a very sweet pastry (delivered in a bag at the door) per person...so fans of breakfast with bread and eggs will be disappointed.
