Distant from Rome train station to the hotel is far 45 min. Public transport in Rome is very unreliable. Information in Google map what bus to take is not accurate. Taxi always long quene. There no gym in the hotel. There is private gym outside the hotel but must pay eur10 per entry. Breakfast serving is good variety.

We got upgraded during our 2 nights stay, which was amazing. Room was really spacious and well equipped with kitchen amenities. However, there was an obvious foot print on the sofa… Besides, there was a big problem. When we returned at the second night, it was found that our room was not securely locked!!!!!!! We rushed into the room and checked if there was any pecuniary loss. Luckily, our things were all there. We wonder if the room service staff has not closed the door properly!!!! This is a serious security issue, especially in Rome, which is not a very safe city. I hope this will not happen again!!

Terrible service not worth what you pay. This was my most expensive hotel stayed so far with worst service. People in the reception are rude and personally never be going back to this hotel and won’t recommend anyone. You better book on your own risk.

The price is good for one night stay, and it's surprising that a standard room has an oven, but we couldn't use it since we didn't have a cooking pot, but we made good use of the fridge for cold drinks, which was blessing during the hot days.

It was hard to find the hotel. Not well signed as its frontage is off the Main Street. The night porter was good as I accidentally pulled on the emergency cord in the bathroom thinking it was an exhaust fan and he was at my room within 1 minute. Gracias despite it being a false alarm. The mattress was extremely hard but they provided a thin mattress topper which helped. The early evening receptionist was brilliant but the morning one was shall we say abrupt And not engaging. She claims she didn’t understand my questions BUT didn’t take the time to engage me face to face and kept looking at her screen. If you can get past her abruptness is was an ok place to stay. Closeness to ROME was a benefit.

Very convenient location, close to bus station for any direction and 15 minutes by walking from subway. Silent room, clean, with a small kitchen, cattle and fridge. Very good breakfast, Perfect service, nice and friendly staff. Parking is a bit complicate as space is narrow.

Опыт путешествий имею не маленький, но это однозначно один из самых лучших отелей, где я останавливалась! Очень красивый, сочный, просторный номер. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Удобная кровать. Вежливый персонал. На стойке регистрации был милейший сотрудник) Спасибо ему огромное! Завтраки вкусные. В шаговой доступности автобусная остановка. Если обойти здание, то будет хороший супермаркет с необходимой едой. Рекомендую проживание в данном отеле! I have a lot of travel experience, but this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in! Very beautiful, juicy, spacious room. Towels were changed every day. Comfortable bed. Polite staff. The best employee was at the reception) Thank him very much! Breakfasts are delicious. Bus stop within walking distance. If you go around the building, there will be a good supermarket. I recommend staying at this hotel!
