great location next to exit of Cavour Station. also nice kind & clean. just a bit hard to find the entrance as the location on google/trip.com was incorrect. took me a good 15 mins to find it. its actually right next to the exit of station and by the stairs.

酒店前台電話永遠忙線，應急電話也幫不上忙，也沒有門臉，找地方找了20分鐘，最終付了款但沒入住，差評。直到退房的時候前台都不在。也住過hostel但前台起碼在的。這個真的太差了請大家不要踩雷。

Really good for a solo traveller who doesn't need a lot. You're in Rome, a bed to sleep and a quiet room. Excellent spot with the Metro at your front door, and little of the outside noise getting in. Great polite staff.

This building is about 800 years old and right by the metro. we had no trouble finding it and called the # to be let in. You use codes to go through each door. The room was comfortable. Breakfast is included, but I wouldn't waste my calories. The juice, tea, milk and coffee is fine. Food options are corn flake, melba toast and a packaged croissant. We used the kitchen area for our take out meals too. You can do some light cooking there. You need to clean up after yourself, which is fair. We were shocked at the 7 euro per person per night city tax you pay in person. Lots of great restaurants and historical sites in walking distance. Overall pretty quiet, safe and very very clean. I would stay here again.

Great landing spot for traveling around Rome. The room was small but very clean, with strong AC, and the staff was always helpful and responsive. I also appreciated the little kitchenette that was available for use in the common area. You definitely get a bit of noise/light pollution from the street, but I thought it was worth it for the convenience (the hotel is right next to a subway station and a bus stop).

The apartment was perfect and walkable to the sites, shopping and restaurants! Omri was a great host and very responsive. I recommend asking Omri to arrange someone to carry up bags when you arrive. It was worth the extra fee! The apartment is a 4-story walk up but the stairs are wide, well lit and have hand rails. The property location is an easy 12 min walk from the train station. With rolling bags, it was a bit difficult given the cobblestone streets but it is doable. I would have given the property a 5 star review if the lower-level bedroom had A/C. I will definitely stay again. Thank you Omri and Nim!

Was very pleasantly surprised by the place. It looked a little sketchy coming upstairs but once inside it is nicely renovated and clean. The place seems safe but it was hard to get the door to the room to lock with the keypad. The AC is good and bed is not bad. The wifi is very bad and nearly non existent in the room but in the common spaces it worked fine though it was slow. For the price, this is a good place.

This is not a hotel and can't be called a homestay. It's just a large space separated into many small rooms. We are here to celebrate our wedding anniversary.And they knew. They gave us room No.9 for two nights. There is no place outside the building that marks the name of the hotel. You need to take a lot of stairs to reach the gate. You have to take a lot of stairs to get to the reception, it can't be called a reception, it's just a tiny room. you have to enter 3 times password to get in the geust room. They provide refrigerator, microwave etc. in a public area. The No. 9 room is terrible, There's a secret space inside, I tried to communicate with staff, they replied It's just a wall the architecture of the room! The bathroom is very small, and the shower room can barely stand for one person. It is difficult to turn around. You have to open the door repeatedly to get what you need for the shower cuz there is no place to hold any shower stuff. Btw, when you open the window, you can't see any sunlight. You can only see the garbage, and stinky smell as well. I called and tried to communicated to them about change room, the always reply there is no more room, sorry! But we found the No.5 room is available, and then, no more reply. The room was very damp. When I left, my body was very itchy. I don't know if there were any damp insects. The only advantage here is , you can arrive at the Cavour subway station by taking 5 steps. This is really a terrible accommodation experience. Nice, basic place in a good location with very helpful staff. I found the interior of the building very noisy with other coming and going. There was also some building work taking place upstairs but overall it was great. Could have done with some extra towels as my room was not serviced.
