Honestly，my experience this hotel is a little bit lower than equivalent level hotel. The mattress in this hotel is not bad. However， unfortunately， it mattress gonna be only point I satisfy with it. The service is normal，but their equipment maintenance is concerning，there are several bulbs down in my room and the shower door in the bathroom seems hard to push. Most importantly，air conditioner in the room is not powerful enough which is a terrible infomation for tourist in this summer. The picture attached in this comment is it outside environment，it might be not clear enough， but I have to say it outside is too dark😂， but it is not a luxury hotel in city centre， therefore it is still acceptable .
This hotel is generally good， but there are still large spaces that it can move forward to increase it customer satisfaction.

Clean room, no fan so it was red hot all the time but overall nice room. Constant banging running around and shouting till early hours of the morning so slept awfully 3/5 of the nights stay. I did call reception and ask some something too he said but the man on the desk said “what am I supposed to say” . Breakfasts is pretty poor, best part was the bought in yoghurt. Location is ok, I highly recommend getting a lime scooter account as you’ll need one

No refrigerator and water boiler in the room, we’re only provided with 2 disposable plastic cups, which is not environmentally friendly. Also, the light in the lobby toilet turn off every 3 seconds, very disturbing. Lastly, the location is not convenient.

Unfortunately on checking in the full day the Wi-Fi did not work. I also saw a notice in the lift regarding the electricity being off from 8am on the Monday, I was planning on working on this morning from the hotel however this wasn’t possible due to the electricity and WiFi off.

The location of the hotel is a little far from the centre and a 10 minute walk to the closest metro. So if accessibility is what you are after then avoid this hotel. However, if you don't mind the walking then the hotel is pleasant enough. We walked home one night and it took us an hour from the centre. It is very much a 4 star hotel. Staff were friendly and everything else was okay. For a quick trip it's fine, for anything 2 days+ I would consider getting something better.

The front desk could have been nicer. Hotel is not closed to any restaurants you have to walk a bit far to get to another side of the big road.
If you take bus from Rome termini station which is big station it’s not so bad to get to hotel.
Hotel quiet and clean, male staff at night time ( we stayed on Friday night) is not friendly and not attentive at all. All female staffs were all nice and helpful. checked in and out were quick.

Location was out of the city, need to take bus to get there. But it only took around 15-20mins to the city. Hotel was quite clean, overall it was a good stay.
