Very nice quiet place and convenient to take public transportation to most tourist visiting places in city centre. Super markets and restaurants are within minutes walk. Hotel staff are nice and breakfast with the price is fantastic.

Not very for from central easy to travel. Everything and breakfast is good 👍 Recommended

It bills itself as a 4 star hotel, but it is lucky to be a 3 star. The location is not close to downtown, or the airport. The beds are terrible, and extremely stiff and uncomfortable!! The shower was tiny, no working refrigerator, and the AC only worked part of the time!

The front desk attendant (young guy in his 30s with curly hair: on Tuesday Jan 10 5pm Rome time @ ARS Best Western hotel): The front desk attendant - he was threatening me with violence and was yelling obscenities telling me to f-off and to f-myself! I work for the embassy and nobody has ever talked to me like that ever! I don’t know what his problem was?? 😔 This is inexcusable / he’s telling me to f myself, and that I’m an *****, and to go f off - nobody deserves to be talk like this, no matter what. It is so sad because I stayed almost a week at this hotel and I really enjoyed it, all the other people were super nice and the service excellent! I am really sad, and I don’t know what the heck happened with this guy - I think he has mental problems & needs anger management therapy. So sad 😞 Ricardo

Breakfast at €11 is inexpensive, but the food is exceptionally good, with delicious scrambled eggs, small bread rolls, yogurt, and a wide variety. I highly recommend their breakfast. The shower is ridiculously low; there's no support frame to elevate it for standing while showering. I find this very incomprehensible. The location requires climbing a very tall flight of stairs or a ramp from the metro station.

The location is excellent; the city center and Termini Station are easily accessible by public transportation. The breakfast was quite generous, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Facilities: Fairly complete. Environment: Quiet, despite being outside the heart of Rome, but well worth the price. The metro station is less than a ten-minute walk away. Service: Breakfast was quite good, and the front desk was very welcoming.

The room is not small for an Italian hotel, but the toilet is very small, and the shower is just big enough for turning around. The hotel is on a big slope, about 10 minutes walk from the subway and bus station. It is not recommended to take the subway, because the subway has to go through a very high staircase, which is very tiring to climb. The front desk is very good, and can solve any problems. There are a few options for breakfast, but the taste is good

Hotel 5 minutes from the bus stop although positioned uphill which can be a bit difficult if you are on foot and with luggage. Friendly and helpful staff. Room a bit small but well furnished and equipped. Very nice bathroom although the shower box was a bit narrow. Also the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Since our arrival, the attendant/receptionist was extremely polite and welcoming... the room was comfortable, clean and spacious!

The hotel is a good choice for business trips. Clean, safe and with parking.

There was an old man at the front desk who provided poor service. The network in the room was poor and there was basically no Internet. The room was small and the facilities were old.
