Unfortunately re positioned to Hotel Torino nearby (very old and dirty tiles ) .. during to plumbing issue .. foyer looked wonderful and desk staff were helpful when I returned to original hotel to check best way to get to Hotel past terminus station where tour started the following day

Everything is expensive in Rome but for that price you expect a bit of quality.. especially in a 4 star hotel. This one is very ugly the room had a window that lead to a ugly indoor yard no light could enter it was depressing. The breakfast is very basic in a horrible dining room. Rooftop is cute but nothing special. There is no effort and no passion on this hotel I don’t recommend

Location for the Opera house and metro is fantastic. Breakfast was excellent, the only negative was that there was no Aircon in the bedroom

Location is great. Room was small but very clean, new bathroom, very good breakfasts on the last floor with panoramic view. I definitely recommend this place! Everything was good.

The establishment is located a 2-minute walk away from Termini station so it's very convenient if you arrive by train and plan to use the public transports to move around the city (which is recommended) since from there you can hop on any bus/tram/metro/taxi and go anywhere in the city. I didn't explore much around inside the hotel, but I can tell that the restaurant area where breakfast was served is located on the last floor where the terrace is located. I always had my breakfast in the porch which is still covered from the rain and wind. In the morning you can find both sweet and savory food including cornetti, cream filled donuts, cereals, cakes, different kinds of bread that you can also toast, eggs (hard boiled and scrambled), ham, mortadella(=bologna), salami, edamer cheese, fruit, milk, orange and pineapple juice and coffee/tea/capuccino served with an automatic machine. Finally on every table you could find small jars of jam/marmalade. You can reach the floor with 2 separate elevators and I believe the terrace also hosts a bar with music in the evening. I was given a double room to be used as a single so the bed was large but I don't think it would be big enough for two people. The room included a mini bar, an electric kettle with cups that you could use to make tea or instant coffee, a safe and of course a set of towels, soap, shampoo, shower cap and a shoe brush. The bathroom although quite narrow included the bidet and disposable bags for tampons. On the downsides even though it was cleaned daily it seemed that some spots were overlooked for example a phone present in the bathroom was always covered in dust since before I arrived and the shower could use some descaling since most of the streams were clogged. Having a freezer in the room contributes at making it very warm. and finally, although not really an issue for me, the window was facing the inside of the building but on the bright side I believe that facing the street would have caused the hearing of a lot of noise. Talking about noise it was very quiet and the only sound I could hear were sometimes people walking in the corridor outside my room and in the evening the music coming from the terrace bar I believe, even though it stopped playing at midnight. I didn't get to experience any other amenity nor the room service since it wasn't in my interests or I didn't need to while I was there so I cannot give any comment.

和孩子一起住，定的酒店，是我自己去現場看好了大堂後定的酒店。在羅馬市中心，從火車站出來，400米到酒店，好像北京站周圍，去景點都2公里左右，走着，坐車都行。住2人間，給了個3人間，很爽。這個酒店特別大，房間很多，好像是3個酒店和在一起，有3個門。這裡有日本團。中國團就別想了，都在郊區。我親身經歷。早飯品種很多，人也很多。總的來説不錯。

예약오류가 있었는지 바우처 메일 확인하고도 시간이 좀 걸렸어요. 로마에 밤10시에 도착하니 정신없고 유럽온게 실감이 나지 않았지만 조식, 주변 음식점, 지하철역 등등 관광지는 거의 다 걸어갈 수 있어서 편했어요.

Check-in veloce e gentile. Concierge molto disponibile per informazioni e prenotazione ristorante. Camere accoglienti e molto pulite. Garantito da TRIP nessuna odiosa richiesta di carta a garanzia per extra o eventuali danni. Molto comoda la posizione vicino stazione Termini. Unica pecca il menu del ristorante esposto era solo in lingua inglese

受付のスタッフが、ゲストの対応よりもスタッフ同士の会話を優先していて、プロ意識のない最悪な対応でした。ポーターやレストランの方のスタッフはきちんと仕事されていたので、余計に残念。必ず何度か使う必要がある受付でこの態度なら、もう使いたいと思いません。

酒店位置很好，唯一缺點就是酒店後有個垃圾箱，每天早上五點就開始拉垃圾，睡眠影響太嚴重了。設施有點老舊。

枕頭被套臟兮兮，酒店太陳舊，定的三人房登記一個人卻要加另外兩個人的費用，明顯受欺負
