Ulasan Hotel Ariston

Traveling with my friends' family, I booked this hotel for all of us. The rooms are quite spacious, and for Italy, it's pretty good value for money. Objectively, it's near the train station, which felt a bit chaotic, but not as bad as some reviews suggested. Compared to hotels in China, the value isn't nearly as good, but when you compare it to other tourist hotels in Italy, it's perfectly acceptable.

Decent location close to Metro and train. Hotel was good, nice room. Bathroom a little dated and could do with. Refresh. Breakfast very average and not worth the money.  But in terms of location it rates very highly

Before booking, I wondered if reviews might be subjective due to varying guest needs. However, after staying here, I found that Ctrip's ratings are generally accurate and objective! Firstly, this hotel is truly close to Rome Termini train station, just a stone's throw away, which is incredibly convenient if you need to take a train. On the downside, the hotel facilities are indeed quite old, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. On my first day, I noticed the teacups in the room were dirty and not properly washed. Since I was out city-walking every day and only returned to sleep at night, I didn't make a big fuss about it. For budget-conscious travelers, this place is still worth considering – the location is excellent, transportation is convenient, and the room rate even includes a decent breakfast!

Conveniently located very close to Rome Termini station, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the window opened onto a corridor, which made the room feel a bit stuffy. A big plus, though, was the provision of disposable slippers.

Location - Very Good. Located near to the main train terminal, subway station and bus termnal. There are a small supermarket and several restaurants nearby. Breakfast - Typical western breakfast, but the quality was good. The rest was good except that the room was too cold. I checked with the reception that the aircon system eas centralized and thus could not be controlled in the room. They could turn on and off for me from the control room but the temperature and wind strength could not be controlled so the room was either too cold or too hot or I had to call the reception several times to turn it on and off.

The hotel was very close to the train station. While the street appeared noisy, it was extremely convenient for dining and transportation. The hotel hallways were incredibly narrow, barely wide enough for one person. It was impossible to turn around with luggage, which made me question if they met fire safety regulations. The service from the front desk staff was mediocre. She overcharged us by 5 euros for the city tax. We were rushing for our flight, so we didn't bother to dispute it or ask for a refund, but she still had an attitude even after overcharging us. I was utterly speechless. Overall, it was just average.

Excellent location. The breakfast was quite average, and the options were the same every day.

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Great location for Roma city visit. Close to the central station.

The location was great, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The gym facilities were also good, and the luggage storage service was truly excellent. I would love to stay here again.

Good location, close to Rome Terminal. Stayed for 6 nights and everything was fine.
