Before booking, I wondered if reviews might be subjective due to varying guest needs. However, after staying here, I found that Ctrip's ratings are generally accurate and objective! Firstly, this hotel is truly close to Rome Termini train station, just a stone's throw away, which is incredibly convenient if you need to take a train. On the downside, the hotel facilities are indeed quite old, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. On my first day, I noticed the teacups in the room were dirty and not properly washed. Since I was out city-walking every day and only returned to sleep at night, I didn't make a big fuss about it. For budget-conscious travelers, this place is still worth considering – the location is excellent, transportation is convenient, and the room rate even includes a decent breakfast!

Conveniently located very close to Rome Termini station, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the window opened onto a corridor, which made the room feel a bit stuffy. A big plus, though, was the provision of disposable slippers.

Location - Very Good. Located near to the main train terminal, subway station and bus termnal. There are a small supermarket and several restaurants nearby. Breakfast - Typical western breakfast, but the quality was good. The rest was good except that the room was too cold. I checked with the reception that the aircon system eas centralized and thus could not be controlled in the room. They could turn on and off for me from the control room but the temperature and wind strength could not be controlled so the room was either too cold or too hot or I had to call the reception several times to turn it on and off.

The hotel was very close to the train station. While the street appeared noisy, it was extremely convenient for dining and transportation. The hotel hallways were incredibly narrow, barely wide enough for one person. It was impossible to turn around with luggage, which made me question if they met fire safety regulations. The service from the front desk staff was mediocre. She overcharged us by 5 euros for the city tax. We were rushing for our flight, so we didn't bother to dispute it or ask for a refund, but she still had an attitude even after overcharging us. I was utterly speechless. Overall, it was just average.

The location was great, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The gym facilities were also good, and the luggage storage service was truly excellent. I would love to stay here again.

Nice update room and good breakfast

I have seen comments in the forum that I booked a 3-person executive room, but was given a regular 3-person room. I knew I was wrong as soon as I walked into the regular 3-person room. The room was obviously too small to be an executive room. I later saw other travelers in the comments forum had the same situation, so I decided to ask at the counter. Fortunately, after the counter attendant checked, I was given a larger room. The location is very convenient near the train station, but the breakfast is average.

The room is big, the breakfast is good, and it is just across the street from the train station, making it convenient for travel.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the train station. I was catching a flight the next day, and the airport express was right next to the train station, which was really close to the hotel. The commercial area under the train station subway station is also good to visit. In terms of service, breakfast is free and served for a long time. Once you enter, the waiter will ask you what kind of coffee you want. The cappuccino is very delicious. After talking about the good and bad things, I really can't appreciate the decoration style of the hotel. The lobby and the guest rooms are two completely different styles, and the overall guest room facilities are relatively old. There are only inner windows in the room, and I will be awakened by the sound of pigeons early in the morning, which affects my rest. But then again, the hotel prices in Rome have skyrocketed during the tourist season. If you choose a hotel that is convenient for travel and not too expensive, you can't ask too much for this hotel. Generally speaking, I prefer the service. You can judge the rest by yourself!

It is close to the station and is very convenient for going to scenic spots. The hotel is very clean and the reception is very good. The only dissatisfaction is that I had the same breakfast for three days and there were not many styles.
