The room was great and the hotel location really couldn't be better, it's super close to everything. All the staff were also really nice and helped us with the check-in a lot, and also they prepared a very rich and delicious breakfast. 10/10. Would definitely recommend.

This was literally a last minute booking and we could not have made a better choice. Our booking included breakfast but we told the receptionist we might not use it since we were scheduled on a early flight the next day. She contacted her colleague and then informed me that they were going to provide breakfast earlier for me. I thought that was nice. The next day my husband and I woke up a little too early so we decided to go for a stroll one last time. On our way out I saw a man by the reception area that looked at me and said good morning. I replied and didn't give it a second thought. Needless to say our stroll took longer than anticipated because we received a notification that our flight was delayed. When we walked back into the hotel, there was that man again. I thought it seemed odd. Turns out this man was the owner of the hotel. He was the colleague the receptionist had spoken about the day before and he was waiting for me in order to serve us breakfast. My husband and I felt absolutely horrible for leaving to take a stroll. We apologized to the man for the misunderstanding on our part. He was the most courteous man. He quickly provided us with an array of first class pastries that my mouth just adored. We couldn't believe what excellent service we were receiving. We will gladly stay here again. By the way the rooms are excellent. We booked two rooms, because we traveled with our teenage son and he took the second room. The rooms are gorgeous. We will gladly stay here again. Thank you

So, while the location is not in the centre of Rome, it is within 7 mins of the Circo Massimo Metro, which will get you to the vast majority of major attractions within 15-20 mins. However, for those of you who like me, love to walk and explore places, it's the perfect compromise. Literally, on the doorstop of attractions of such as Circo Massimo, Knights of Malta Keyhole, The Mouth of Truth and the Altare della patria. There are other sights to see while walking from the hotel. On arrival at the hotel, the staff there were fantastic in looking after me. I'd had a bit of a long walk, so I was looking a bit hot and flustered, so she immediately offered me water and assistance. The hotel itself was beautiful. It was really quiet and peaceful. The room and facilities were superb. I had a robe, slippers, and tea making facilities. Curiously there didnt appear to be a safe, but didn't need one so never asked any questions. The slight downside side was that there was no breakfast served. However, there is a cafe 100 metres down the road who do a lovely breakfast. As a solo traveller, it was too bad but a family may think differently. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard which would be perfect for breakfast or evening meals. I guess it must be a purely financial decision. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. I have to govd credit to those on duty on 21st ans 22nd May. They were a credit to the hotel. In summary, a great hotel, great facilities, great value and wonderful staff.

Lots of on site parking. Laundry service recommended across the hotel were amazing and friendly. Room was very small though. Blow dryer didn’t work. Not enough bench space in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness was great. The fridge was nice and cold. Although they don’t have a stocked fridge and you would have to go down to get bottled water. Variety of breakfast choices. Drinks were okay and coffee was from an instant coffee machine which was okay. Staff weren’t around often to ask for fresh coffee. Front concierge were friendly though and very helpful.

The room itself it's very nice, very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was great too, a very decent distance to all the attractions around by walk e.g Trevi Fountain.. alternatively bus stop is very near. Staffs were not that helpful as we have requested slippers few times and none was sent throughout a two day stay. One male staff at the front desk doesn't look at you when you're talking to them, which is very rude in my opinion.

The cleanliness and facilities of the rooms are quite good, but the rooms are not spacious. There are several tourist attractions around the hotel. It is also easy to access major tourist destinations. However, the most impressive thing that this hotel gave me was the hospitality and smile at front desk. Even though it is a short time, it is not easy to make a good impression like this. This is the case when soft power made the hard power shine more. The hotel's management strategy is impressive in that smart power was exercised. From the guest's point of view, there was nothing special, but it is a hotel that you can definitely leave with a good impression.

Buena ubicación al lado de la estación de termini,a 2 paradas de metro del coliseo,hotel pequeño pero nuevo y acogedor, habitación limpia y desayuno muy bueno, estuvimos 3 noches, buen servicio amables.volveremos sin duda y lo recomendaré seguro.

The best hotel I have ever been, the bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, the breakfast is amazing, everything so good and fresh, the Spa is to die for, i had a massage aswell and it was very good, they also give free products in the fridge for you which is a bonus, very clean, the position is amazing not far from town center, I wish I could go back now. Big should out to ever employees, always with a smile, always nice, nothing is too much of a problem, thank you for making this experience for me so effortless
