What a wonderful hotel. We stayed in a junior suite (Room 204) and it was fantastic with breathtaking views of the valley and the bridge from the Juliet balcony. On more that one occasion we opened up the doors and just sat there taking in the views. All of the staff were great but I must highlight the outstanding service and approach provided by Angela, she was fantastic. We arranged parking through the hotel which meant that the car was stored locally in a garage 1 min from the hotel. When we needed the car Angela would have it available for us at short notice. If you are bringing a car, drive past the hotel (50m) into a small square and leave the car on the right hand side outside number 16. You can then walk back to the hotel with your bags. Breakfast was very good with views to die for as is also the case with the restaurant. We ate in the restaurant on two occasions and they prepared on request, with the assistance of Angela, a light meal for one of our party who wasn’t feeling well, truly great customer service. The only slight downside, not in any way the fault if the hotel, was listening to the bedroom antics of the room next door, on more than one occasion, in fact 4 times in 12hrs, I felt that a round of applause was warranted, as probably did the other rooms on the floor.

The room, 415, was very large and comfortable. Most importantly, the bed and pillow were perfect, and I am picky! The elevator, although small by American standards, worked and was a few steps from our room. Our son and his family live in Ronda, and he made my reservation in person. In February, the price directly from the hotel, was about 60 euros per night, half what booking.com posted. Our son decided he would save us money by not getting a gorge view, and instead got us a “courtyard” room. Do not get a courtyard room! This room was in a separate building across the street. The courtyard is more of an air shaft. We changed from 414 to 415 when we complained about an odor. Apparently it is a seasonal sewage issue! 415 was fine. The windows overlooked a side street and there are two restaurants that set tables in the street as if it is their patio. There were noises until after 11:30 each night, but it is part of the local culture, so we did not mind! We also were tired from all the walking we did, so street noise was never a problem! We ate breakfast in the restaurant three times. The reviews that did not like the breakfast bufffet offerings do not understand this is Spain, or at least Andalusia. We enjoyed our breakfasts, which were like the meals our son prepared for us- plus my husband could drink all the coffee he wanted. I enjoyed the wide assortment of tea bags and the orange juice. The location is excellent; it is near the end of the pedestrian street, and almost across the street from the bull ring. You walk past several shops and are at the pedestrian street.

호텔에 12시30분쯤 도착했는데도 일찍 체크인을 해주셔서 너무 좋았다. 룸은 1층이었는데 창문을 여니 정원과 연결되어있어서 너무 멋졌다. 위치는 누에보다리 바로 옆이어서 전망포인트며 투우장이며 모든 명소들이 가깝고 편리했다. 아침에 일찍 그라나다로 가야하기 때문에 호텔에서 7시에 나와서 조식을 못먹어서 아쉬웠는데 데스크에서 한사람당 한개씩 피크닉박스주셔서 기차에서 먹으면서 이동할 수 있었다. 호텔 시설은 너무나 깨끗했고 고급스럽고 전통이 느껴졌다. 다음에 론다에 다시 방문해도 이곳에서 머무를것 같다.

Hotel antigüo sin pretensiones limpio, económico. Aunque no pudimos disfrutar de habitación con cama doble, ya que no tenían disponible cuando llegamos. Creo deberían mejorar el sistema de calefacción o por lo menos aislar las ventanas. Ofertan desayuno continental pero la pega es que hay que salir del hotel, la dueña de la cafeteria muy amable. El parking correcto pero el acceso un poco complicado.

Excellent location, great value for money & clean rooms. We stayed for one night, easy to find and within walking distance from the train station. Within walking distance to the bullring and views of the gorge, along with the various squares etc. Rooms basic but really clean, just what you need for a short break. We wouldn’t normally stay in a 2 star hotel but this has changed my opinion on that thought process 👍 Breakfast was good, not extravagant but acceptable, buffet style, but don’t expect fresh fruit or hot buffet etc, it’s toast, coffee, juice, yogurts, ham, cheese, cereals but enough to keep you going until lunchtime.

This hotel is well located, across the road from the bullfighting ring, and only a couple of minutes walk from the fabulous new bridge of Rhonda. Our room was quite small and lacked amenities. However, it was very clean. The bed was okay. The room faced out onto the street at the back of the hotel and it was very noisy all night. Fairly average breakfast selection available. Our group had an organised dinner in the restaurant which was barely edible. I would advise eating elsewhere.

I have just returned from a cycling trip to Ronda and stayed at the San Francisco hotel in town. The Hotel was excellent. Pefectly located, the room size and quality was fine and the breafast really good. The Hotel is well adapted for the cyclist with a secure garage storage facility equpped with tools and accessories. What really made the difference however was the helpfullness of the Staff when I had a serious car problem. Despite language challenges (for me!) they certainly went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me and i am extremely grateful. I would certainly recommend the Hotel.
