"What an incredible stay! We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about Zuri. Starting from the staff - everybody was super nice, helpful and smiley. They even had a thermometer for us to buy when we needed one! The transport was waiting for us at the airport (paid 300php/person one way). The room and bathroom was really spacious and spotless. There’s plenty of space for the clothes and stuff in the bathroom. The room also has a fridge, kettle with coffee/tea choices as well as bathroom alimentaries. The resort area is amazing. The resort is places by the hill a bit away from the town, facing the sea and Coron island. It has 3 pools + 1 kiddie pool, a pool bar, cafe, restaurant, shop, ATM and more. It’s surrounded by greens. You can truly rest there. The breakfasts there were exceptional! Lots of choice, different food both western and Asian. There was also barbecue in the evenings, very tasty as well. We loved it! The only minor downsides: - you can’t really control the AC, there’s no remote, you can have it set to fan or cool and set the power 1-10 - there is no reception in the room - there are not many power outlets in the room"

"Excellent service and very nice clean room. Beautiful pool and great view of the sea and sunset. We bought a tour and had a great time. Bus pick up at hotel. All transfer to ferry provided and on time. Would stay again and recommend to friends. Great hotel pool bar with live music. I would rate higher if I could.close to excellent seafood restaurants"

"It was a pleasant stay at Sun Ez Resort. We had a spacious room that comfortably fit our family of four (2 adults and kids aged 12 and 14). The resort has a nice swimming pool and several cottages where you can sit and relax. Breakfast offered a good variety (around 8–10 dishes), including Filipino, Korean, and American options, along with fruits and juice. They also provide a free one-way tricycle ride to town from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm, which was very convenient. The location is great—less than a 5-minute walk to McDonald’s and not far from town. A big bonus is the on-site restaurant, where we could easily have lunch and dinner after a long day of island hopping. The food was quite nice. The only downside is that some areas could use better maintenance, as there were a few stains on the floors and walkways. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay and good for families."

"Had a relaxing stay at the Funny Lion! Service was great and there was a lot of greenery. Even with the rainy season we didn’t had issue with inserts or mosquitoes which I through was impressive. Bed was very comfortable, had many great night sleep"

"It's a little bit far from town, but it's not an issue at all. There's a free airport transfer, a good breakfast buffet, and a very nice pool. We'll book here again if we come back to Coron."

"Shame about the maintenance management. For two days the swimming pool - one of reasons why we booked the hotel - smelled strongly of paint and the water had a greasy film of noxious smelling chemicals over its surface. The perimeter was being painted but no notice was given and no signage was put up after the work had finished but the chemicals were still evaporating so people were going in without realising for the next 24 hours. The hotel should had offered everyone the alternative of swimming at their sister hotel across the road. We happened to know about this and requested it on the first day but it should have been a standard offer to all other guests. Despite having had it subsequently arranged by both sets of management for us, reception at the sister hotel were unaware and initially told us that temporary usage despite the arrangement and special circumstances was not allowed. By the second day, we didn’t fit in a swim at all because it was too much hassle. This attitude shows the hotel management isn’t really looking after its guests properly and is letting down its guests and its staff who otherwise worked hard to make guests comfortable."

"Hotel bit tired and definitely lot more attention needs to be paid to the housekeeping,cleanliness and maintanance of existing facilities.Some rooms had ants in the bathroom. Swimming pool has no lounger beds only some flat benches which are not the most comfortable if you want to lie down. Although staff was lovely and helpful, will advise and get you a tricycle around town or van to the airport at your request. Location was good close to main street so easy to get some food or organise trips or get a massage in town. Coron max 2 nights 3 days unless you are diving as not much to do there. Breakfast very basic but eatable, restaurant upstairs with some food options if you can't be bothered to go out to eat."

"The hotel is situated slightly off the center, requiring a taxi to access to restaurants or bars. Room is large, unfortunately the view on the sea was obstructed by wide balcony walls, The pillows were uncomfortable. A thumb up for prompt housekeeping services. Breakfast buffet was basic. We were overall satisfied with our stay"

"Впечатления от отеля не однозначные. Из плюсов - вполне чисто, за исключением традиционного для Филиппин игнорирования полных пепельниц, которые вроде и в зоне для курения, но и рядом с общей лестницей. Неплохой уютный ресторанчик на втором этаже. Но вот количество этажей, а точнее лестниц по ним, это отдельная история. Отель явно строили тайком от архитектора. О эргономике тоже ни кто не думал. И если у вас номер ”с видом на бассейн”, готовьтесь к интенсивным кардио нагрузкам. Потому что забираться придётся очень высоко, и по высоким ступеням. Бассейн на 4 этаже. Довольно холодный, так как скрыт от солнца совсем, там есть ещё и пятый этаж. С пятого этажа видно крыши. Если курите, не вздумайте брать 5 этаж. Так как зона для курения между 1 и 2 этажами. Про лестницы даже снял видео, но тут только фото."

"I had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at this resort. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and effortless. I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, check-in was seamless, and my bags were taken straight to my room which made the arrival feel extra special. The room itself was spacious and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised with welcome chocolates and brownies, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was fully equipped with everything you’d need: bottled water, a hairdryer, toiletries, a coffee station, and a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks for purchase. It felt comfortable and well-prepared for guests. One thing that really impressed me was the laundry service. They had my clothes washed and returned within three hours, which was incredibly convenient and efficient. The pool area is absolutely stunning and very clean. They have three restaurants on site, which gives great variety. I ordered poolside nachos with a carrot and apple drink and it was delicious. Breakfast is a proper buffet, leaning toward a full English-style spread with plenty of options. That said, I do think the bathroom could use a bit of attention. Water leaked through the shower door when showering, the shower head could benefit from a deep clean, and I noticed a few drain flies. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s an area that could definitely be improved. I also experienced a small issue at checkout. They were unable to provide change when I was settling my bill, which delayed things. There were only two staff members assisting with checkout, and although I was scheduled to leave at 6:00am with a breakfast pack, I only managed to leave at 6:30am and unfortunately without the breakfast. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The resort is beautiful, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. With a little more attention to bathroom maintenance and smoother early-morning checkout coordination, it would be close to perfect. I would still happily return."
