PPengguna TetamuThe staff were always super helpful and kind! The facilities were really good for the price! It was not so close to the town but they provide a tuk tuk shuttle anytime to go and it worked quite well! Only improvement point would be to have more options for breakfast.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe had a great experience during our 4-day stay in Coron Soleil Express Hotel. All the staff were courteous, respectful and accommodating. The room was clean and the aircon functions well. The swimming pool is clean and did not feel too much chlorine in the water. As an overall rating, it was excellent. Will come back again in the hotel with families and friends.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed there 5 nights. The front staff was very kind and friendly. The restaurant was good. I like the atmosphere.
I could ask to keep my beer on their fridge as I didn't have it at my room.
Speaking of my room, it was specious but a bit difficult to reach because I need to climb many stairs. However, if I need a hair dryer, I could ask the staff through ” what's up”, which was really convenient for me. Thank you Camila and one another ready.

TT M ShaneIt's a basic few frills hotel that's perfect for us in its own way. It's right t on the highway, but interestingly quiet. The room is just right sized with a comfortable firm bed and clean, like I said - basic - who the heck comes to Coron to spend time in a room??? The staff is just really helpful and accommodating to our inquiries and needs. Just treat them like humans... I noticed some travelers who don't even have any respect... these people work hard. Anyways, the place is literally at the foot of Mount Tapyas so it was a challenging hike for 2 retired overweight seniors. Jaicobs is also a block away from Calle Real - the main tourist thoroughfare and the municipal building which housed the police and fire stations, so we felt compketely safe. Cafes, and restaurants also almost 10 steps away and we never had a problem choosing. One block away from San Agustin church, and theres an ATM across the street. I would highly recommend the place. It's reasonable and comfortable.

ZZanriThe hotel location is lovely and we saw some beautiful sunsets. The boats transporting guests to and from the town were always punctual and they were willing to take us very early in the morning when we checked out, free of charge. The staff are very nice and helpful, but I get the feeling they're each doing about two people's jobs.
The restaurant isn't very good. Half the menu wasn't available and the food quality was average, with the exception of the squid (when they finally restocked it). Coffee is terrible. Also, they advertise happy hour, but when we wanted to order cocktails, we were told that there was no barman on duty and we could only have beers.
The facilities need an urgent upgrade. The rooms are fine, but from the outside, it resembles a dormitory or, to be morbid, a mental institution.
Also, they advertise snorkeling, but we were advised against going in the water and the pool has very chairs next to it.
Not sure if we'll book again.

They gave us a room on the first floor, which is underground, but there was only one wall visible from the window and it was super humid. They were kind enough to change it for us, for which we are grateful. On the third floor it was better, despite the noise from the main street. But this is normal for city hotels in the Philippines. The internet was very bad, only in some places. The bottled water smelled of chlorine as if it was from the tap. The breakfast was good.

PPengguna TetamuOverall, average hotel. I was disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again.
Room: stayed 5 nights. The room has a mold smell upon entering that persisted even with the bathroom door closed. The toilet also flushed very slow and sometimes required 2 flushes. Room was spacious, and otherwise quite clean and comfortable. Quite dated and furniture had lots of dings/scratches which doesn’t really matter.
Staff: I always try to be friendly to service workers because I know their work is hard. The staff I encountered seemed grossly disinterested. On the day of check in, I asked for some water (as I had to wait a few hours till check in), and was asked to pay 65 php for a bottle, but I witnessed another guest receive one for free. Not sure what happened. Also had some communication issues regarding laundry that I had done with the hotel. Perhaps the staff is overworked.. I didn’t experience the friendliness that other reviewers speak of.
I do want to shout out Mou, the activities/tour coordinator! She was very friendly, and helpful in planning my activities. She helped address an issue I encountered with my tour very promptly and efficiently. Thank you Mou!
Also thank you to the security guards who helped me call tricycles!
I wouldn’t stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone to stay here.
Suggestions: I think communication needs to be improved. If a staff member is busy, it is OK for them to let the guest know that it will be a moment. Would also recommend addressing the mold smell in room 320.

PPancheewaThe hotel is in a great location. You can easily walk to all the restaurants within 10-15 mins. The hotel itself is okay. The staffs are nice and the room is comfortable. The bathroom are great and shower has good water pressure. In terms on cleanliness, that could be improved. Our bedsheet and pillow cases have some stains but nothing too bad. The towel doesn’t smell so fresh but again, not a big issue. In general, an okay hotel to stay in coron, definitely convenient and comfortable. Our room and the rooftop have a nice view as well.

Расположение очень удобное, близко к центральной улице, но и не в шумном месте, нужно пройти минут 10, или доехать на трансфере из отеля, который выезжает каждые 30 минут. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный, готовят панкейки и омлет по заказу. Если выбираете место чтобы плавать в бассейне, то лучше не сюда, он здесь слишком теплый и с большим кол-вом хлора. Отель не новый, но в целом все хорошо, каждый день убираются! Большое спасибо, нам очень понравилось 😍
