Il n'y a que des éloges à dire comme avis sur cet hôtel qui est situé en bord de l'autovia.Les chambres sont neuves,le lit est immense aussi bon qu'à la maison,certe la décoration est innexistante,le personel est souriant,le petit déjeuner est dans la moyenne pour la catégorie d'hôtel.Notre GPS ,WAZE,GOOGLE ITINERAIRE ne nous ont pas indiqués le chemin à suivre alors pour les futurs clients l'hôtel se trouve à la sortie 800 de l'autovia dans un sens ou dans l'autre.C'est un bon hôtel pour séjourner deux ou trois nuits. We have stayed here before - not by choice - family booked around 15 years ago to visit some cousins who lived nearby and wow, it was even worse the second time around. Not a lick of paint or upgrade to any furniture or amenities in the 15 years since we first encountered this dated, tired hotel. Extremely tired and dated. In need of some new furniture, beds made my body numb, extremely small room for a family of 4 (we had to climb over the beds to get to the bathroom), linen was itchy, aircon not controllable - we were all so cold we couldn't even sleep. Food and restaurant - the worst part of the hotel- In the basement with no natural light or air. We actually left a day early and lost our money as couldn't handle another night . Such a lovely location - with a little investment this hotel could be at least average, but I am afraid to say it is really poor.

Ein ganz ordentliches Apartmenthotel. Ich war schon öfter da. Dieses Mal war das Schlafzimmer recht schmal und ich hatte keinen Meerblick. Das Hotel war sehr überraschend voll. Das Hotel verfügt über eine gute Tapasbar mit günstigen Angeboten. In der Umgebung gibt es weitere Bars und Restaurants mit spanischen Gästen. Strand ca. 500m. Es gibt nur wenige Gratis-Parkplätze. I cannot understand the bad reviews. We had an excellent experience here. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The location is very good at the city centre and close to the attractions. We had chosen a spa package, which is highly recommendable and included chocolates and prosecco. The spa experience was amazing, which we have also reviewed separately in more detail. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. When we arrived early at 12, they let ut stay on the rooftop pool all day until our room was ready. Great customer service! And when I forgot my Spanish abanico at the hotel, they found it for me, and kept it for a week until I returned to pick it up. A special thank you for your help and honesty! Breakfast was good and the views were stunning from the rooftop to the Alcazaba. Very luxurious. They even opened the breakfast serving 15 minutes earlier than usual, so we had the chance to enjoy the breakfast and still catch our early morning bus. Just a perfect stay here. No puedo entender las malas críticas. Tuvimos una excelente experiencia aquí. La habitación estaba limpia y muy bien decorada. La ubicación es muy buena en el centro de la ciudad y cerca de las atracciones. Habíamos elegido un paquete de spa, que es muy recomendable e incluía chocolates y prosecco. La experiencia de hammam fue increíble, que también hemos analizado por separado con más detalle. El personal fue extremadamente amable y servicial. Cuando llegamos temprano a las 12, nos dejaron quedarnos en la piscina todo el día hasta que nuestra habitación estuvo lista. ¡Excelente servicio al cliente! Cuando olvidé mi abanico en el hotel, me lo buscaron y lo guardaron durante una semana hasta que volví a recogerlo. ¡Muchas gracias por su ayuda y honestidad! El desayuno era bueno con las vistas impresionantes de la Alcazaba. Muy lujo. Incluso abrieron el servicio de desayuno 15 minutos antes de lo habitual temprano por la mañana, y gracias a eso tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar del desayuno antes que nuestro autobús sale. Simplemente una estancia perfecta aquí.

really lovely hotel, walking distance to everything in the historical part of Almeria. We had the family suite which was great for the 4 of us with lots of space and privacy. Helpful and friendly staff, can't fault any part of it. Would definitely recommend using the hotel parking. Will definitely do our best to return!

I’ve stayed here for about a week on a business trip in Spain. The hotel is on Mediterranean avenue and close proximity to Mediterranean Commercial centre Mall. The Hotel staff is Very friendly Ms Patricia & Ms Loraine is very helpful for your questions and guidance about local visits. Breakfast provided by ah! was just wonderful and healthy. I didn’t feel at different continent during my visit. Didn’t had any challenges with food, local exploration. In terms of accessibility, You have bus stops at walkable distance and easily accessible to prime locations in Almeria. In total, I loved my time being at Almeria and Avenida hotel is just another reason behind it. Strongly recommended for Business visits and a very simple yet right choice if you’re planning along with family. Thanks to Hotel Avenida for a wonderful experience :) Hope to make a come back again 😎

Friendly and efficient check in. Nice modern hotel, rooms clean and spacious. Good location next to shopping centre and good restaurants and tapas bars within a few minutes walk, hotel bar very quiet , over all a nice experience with no complaints, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet with the usual selection of ham, salamis and cheese with bread and nice cakes. The hot cooked selection was adequate. A good hotel frequented by many business people.

After spending 3 days in the local Government hospital my wife & I stayed here for 2 weeks before we were repatriated back to the UK. Excellent hotel in a lovely area with amazing staff who were very attentive professional & extremely helpful - the manager was very supportive. The hotel is situated just outside the city centre but only a short walk away. Very near the hospital & a large shopping mall. The food was very good especially the breakfasts with a variety of choices on offer. Very near to a host of good restaurants/tapas bars which serve excellent & great value for money food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city break at a most reasonable price.
