Great place wonderful experience and exceptional customer service 👍🏻

位置比較偏，主要是衞生太糟糕了，地毯臟的超乎想象，衞生間也很臟，實在沒勇氣洗澡，這個酒店賣400還差不多。忘記拍照片是個失誤。

不錯 有廚房 但是有灰塵 早飯自助一般

Needed to stay near Parramatta for the night and this place delivered. Comfortable room, modern fittings, a lot of apartment features, and for a decent price. Nice and central.

This property was clean and quiet and within walking distance of a magic grocery store as well as fast food restaurants. The big surprise was that a studio room included a washing machine and dishwasher.

Great value for money, great breakfast and pool and spa also very nice. Room was spacious and clean.

Not much to fault here. Nice clean room, good service, great pool and close to the race course!

The apartment was clean and had lots of extra, I did not need for my 2 day stay (dishwasher/ washing machine) Staff were all friendly and helpful but your car park/ garage needs a lot of upgrade. I understand it’s underground but it’s dangerously designed, with very narrow parking and turning spaces

Rooms were clean and staff were lovely breakfast was great 👍 pool was clean and nice for a quick dip to cool off 😎

Curious unit with v large bathroom. Bed was uncomfortably hard, but all else fine.

Had the deluxe studio came with a seperate bedroom and king size bed, two spacious bathrooms nice lounge room and balcony. Had breakfast at the apartment hotel and that which was amazing aswell after a long night out aswell. Would highly recommend to a friend and revist in the near future aswell.

Stayed with 2 friends- was a very last minute booking as a different hotel in Parramatta (no names mentioned, but I wont be booking them again) cancelled our booking on the same day with no warning or acknowledgement. It was an extremely busy time in the area and a super hot day- the comfort and service we received from Nesuto was outstanding. The studio room had everything we needed- kitchenette, good sized bathroom for a small group, washer/dryer, etc. The Nesuto is a really affordable option for anything happening in the Rosehill/Homebush area. Given the stress from having to find a hotel with 1 hour only to spare, we were all very surprised and impressed by the Nesuto.
