Very poor service for the price. Had to wait hour and 30 minutes for shuttle from O’Hare. I tried calling but no one answered the phone for about 15 minutes.

The room is very spacious, clean and bright. The lobby environment is also good. Free coffee is provided. If you like it, you can choose it next time. It is worth the price!

The hotel is new and well-equipped. The breakfast selection is decent, and the dining area is spacious and comfortable. The only issue was the airport shuttle. We waited for over an hour at Chicago Airport Terminal 2, but no one showed up. When we called the hotel, they couldn't explain why. The hotel shuttle is shared with the adjacent Hyatt Place, with the name "Hyatt Place" prominently displayed on the bus. We ended up taking a taxi for over $20 to get to the hotel.
