The hotel and restaurant were excellent. They also had parking available and helped us to the spot.

This hotel has an exceptionally pretty frontage and an excellent location in the heart of Rothenburg, itself a very pretty town. But beware. I turned up and my room was not in the hotel, but in a building 3 minutes walk away WITHOUT AIR-CONDITIONING! In temperatures of low 30's and high humidity, not funny. I was exceptionally lucky and eventually!! was able to move in, pay €20 and get aircon. For a 4 star hotel, this is not acceptable. Some staff were very stern faced, but others bubbly. Evening meal quality was good, though pricey. So be careful. The opticians, by the way, opposite the bank 1 minute walk from the hotel towards the square we're so kind and wonderful by helping one of our friends fix the arm of broken spectacles. Thank you.

I recently stayed at Hotel Reichs-Küchenmeister and found it to be a decent choice overall. The location is excellent, as it’s close to several tourist attractions and a supermarket, making it convenient for sightseeing and grabbing essentials. However, the lack of air conditioning was a drawback, especially during warmer days. The room was a bit warm, and no fan provided. Despite this, the friendly staff and convenient location make Hotel Reichs-Küchenmeister a reasonable option, especially during cooler months.

Excellent location, right in the center of the town. You can drive to the front door, somebody will take you to the parking lot. Breakfast is included. Spa is included, kind of small, you have to call front desk to reserve the time for towels . Services are good. Room is clean. eBay chip coins Canadian dollar

The location is excellent, in the center of the ancient city, the room has a medieval feel; the facilities are complete, except that the air conditioning needs to be turned on for an additional fee; the hotel's own restaurant is also a popular online restaurant, and you have to queue up for a table at night;

The location is in the center of Rothenburg. It is very convenient to go to the Christmas market in the Town Hall Square or other places. There are also paid private parking spaces, which is very practical for self-driving travelers~ If you want to park in the parking space provided by the hotel, you must first drive to the parking lot near the hotel to check in. Then their staff will inform you of the location and will also drive a golf cart to the parking lot to pick you up.

Espectacular, buena habitación, buen desayuno, buen parking , personal súper amable, repetiría sin dudarlo, me sentí como en casa.

Showers without grab rails, long steep slopes without handrails and rooms with steps and no handrail all mean be on your guard and best to avoid if have a disability.

Beautiful building from the outside, top location. Interior and rooms of annex outdated, horrible mattress covers and pillows. Very good local food, unfortunately no table outside available unless reservation early in the afternoon.

Cosy hotel in direct center with good parking and great restaurants Stammhouse had this old charm but was not free.

Historic hotel in the center of the walled old town. Staff dressed in traditional German clothing and they were all very nice and accommodating. The room was beautiful with an updated bathroom. We had a wonderful visit and would recommend to anyone interested in experiencing a traditional German stay.

We just left the hotel after a three night stop. Could not have picked a better location if we tried. Staff was friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Cannot wait to return.

What a wonderful hotel. So much character inside and out. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay easier. A lovely room which was very clean. A good selection for breakfast too. Very close to the market square. Only thing was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which as Brits we love to use. Would be very happy to stay here again.
