The overall stay was nice. Going up the stairs is a bit tiring but great job to the staff for maintaining the cleanliness.

Very Affordable and convenient location and walking distance in city.near Airport. Highly recommended for travellers.

We were a group of 4 senior citizens in room 14 on the third floor. My sister coughed all night and all of us had headaches throughout the duration of our 1 night stay. The bathroom has this wreaking stench that seems to be originating from the sink and shower drainage. The shower drain was full of hair and the water gets stuck on the floor everytime one takes a shower. The stinky smell bores into the nostrils and dominates the entire room. During the day, we had to keep the room door open to let out the smell. We told the staff at the front desk but they are probably sick of hearing the same complaints from other guests that they just obviously lie or keep mum about it. There is a "deodorizer" wrapper hooked in there that's already melted away, and one reviewer mentioned a strong smell of chlorine. Obviously, the hotel tries to cover up the stink with some other hack that's just as irritating to the nose and throat. This and a bunch more of complaints including being denied of cups or mugs we attempted to borrow from the staff. My husband had to slip some tip to the housekeeping lady to get her to lend us the mugs we used to cover the sink and shower drains. Horrible stay in room 14!

Had a good experience staying at this place. Clean decent and warm water to shower! A tv and very comfy bed + aircon. Friendly staff + close to airport. Lot of trycicle around 24/7 easy day to transfer to/from airport and SM iloilo

My stay was very smooth and convenient.

It was beyond my expectation. I didn't realize it would be a comfy stay. Bathroom, bed and other facilities surprisingly appeared clean and comfy for a budget hotel. Staff were also friendly and accomodating. I would certainly recommend this place to others looking for a budget friendly yet clean and decent place to stay while in Roxas.

Need na nila mag upgrade ng mga gamit sa hotel nila. Tapos ang front disk wag na kumuha Ng commission sa massage.

Did not like at all. No food, transportation terrible, had to WALK two-three blocks for food. Three flights of steps to get to room. Left early[after 3 days just bad.] . How you,Expedia,gave this hotel a high 7 almost 8 rating is beyond me.

The rooms are on the third floor, no elevator, not senior friendly. The lobby is too small, only 2 people fit. They charge extra if you request fir pillows. No cups for hot water watet. The water in the showrr is too slow snd few drops only. There’s no rod to hang towels. Wifi is only for third floor. When you go down to the ground floot, you lose

We found the neat and clean exceeded,our expectation for a budget accommodation. It is located along a Main Street with convenient access to transportation.

cleanliness of the hotel is good. But I expect some more visible means of cleanliness like the color of the walls in the waiting area and maybe also the lightings are some factor that adds to the cleanliness of the area.
