Radisson red was a great stay for going to a concert at the O2. The room was very clean tidy and modern. Importantly the bed was very comfortable.

enjoyed this little gem lovely decorated such a cool vibe great location just a short 15 min walk to the O2 (which was our purpose for staying here) the air con in the room was amazing on one of the hottest days! didn’t have any food but looked like there was a lot to choose from. would stay here again 👍🏼🥰 late checkout too 12pm which is great

We had a good experience and found the staff were very helpful and accommodating to us when needed. The 24 hour check in staff was very valuable.

Very clean. Friendly team. I didnt book breakfast but it did look excellent! I would happily stay here again.

The room is a bit small. It's located near O2, and you can take the bus directly to the front door. However, walking is quite inconvenient. The price increase has been a bit too much, so I wouldn't particularly recommend it.

Very disappointing experience — it feels more like being charged for everything than genuine hospitality. I stayed at the Radisson RED Greenwich and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. It honestly felt like the hotel was looking for every possible opportunity to charge extra. Parking comes with an additional fee, which is already frustrating. Then there was the issue with early check-in. I was initially told that early check-in was not possible because my room was still being cleaned. However, shortly afterwards, I was told that I could check in early if I paid £10 per hour. My question is simple: if the room isn’t ready because it is being cleaned, how does paying £10 per hour suddenly make the room ready? It makes the explanation very difficult to understand. On top of that, I asked for drinking water and was told that the hotel doesn’t provide complimentary water and that I would have to pay for it. This was particularly disappointing. I’ve stayed in hotels in Dubai, where water is a much more limited resource, and even there hotels commonly provide complimentary bottles of water for guests. So being told that I had to pay for basic drinking water in a hotel was quite shocking to me. I also felt that I was treated differently compared with some other guests, particularly white guests. I cannot know the staff’s intentions, so I don’t want to make an accusation I cannot prove, but the difference in treatment genuinely made me feel uncomfortable and left me questioning whether race played a role. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. A hotel should make guests feel welcome, respected and valued — not feel like they are being charged at every opportunity. I would seriously reconsider staying here again.

20 minute walk from nearest tube and also 20 minute walk to Cable Car.  Curries from the menu were excellent, prices reasonable for London but rooms a little cold with no extra blankets to use.

The stay was okay and alll, nice aarea and views the only thing was there was no room service you just have to go down to get your food but honestly the food was nice ❤️❤️❤️

The place was a bit rundown. The toilet seat was completely broken. The location on map looked fine but when I reached there, the hotel was in a bit rundown street which was not maintained at all. Overall decent experience.

Great hotel,friendly staff,nice bar and restaurant,water and fruit in foyer very good idea,especially on a hot day.

Bit far from O2 station. Room in good condition and staff are friendly.

My Girlfriend went through to hotel to do checking, at 9 o'clock, the guy was at reception said she wouldn't be allowed to do the checking cause she don't have the same surname then me, even she giving The Booking reservation number ,and showing my ID, I booked this hotel because I had a meeting near this place, so, my girlfriend she was waiting on the sofa from 9 until 23:26 the moment I arrived it at hotel, and the guy was completely rude with her! Hope the GM or whoever is in charge of this place take seriously this case, I did check in on 29/08 check out 30/08 Room 303 the bathroom was leaking while I had my shower, mirror completely dusty, someone just swiped the wet cloth and didn't even use a dry cloth

We were gifted this night away by our daughter as we were off to the 02. The location is ok but it's a half hour walk. (ignore Google Maps, it will take you around the back of the 02). We are regular customers of Premier Inn & I must say, for the price, our room, disappointing. It was small & had seen better days decor wise. It was also very brown! The bed was very comfortable (a little hard for husband's liking, but I loved it). The shower room was excellent although the loo seat was a little off centre. Brilliant shower & nice touches with the shampoo, conditioner & bodywash. We asked for a couple of things from reception (sugar and instructions for the safe but they did not materialise). We had chips with blue cheese sauce in the restaurant and I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Recommended. Check in and check out was easy. Parking spaces are designed for normal cars and with so many SUVs, the ability to find a space was halved. We parked further down the street, no charge.
