Value for money. Large property experienced staff 30 mins away from phata helipad overall good experience

Property is good, with nice rooms, decent parking space and awesome view from balcony. Issue is with room service, staff is very polite but doesn't work what you demand. I ordered water bottles i got after 30mins, my room had no electricity, i informed them multiple times but no action at last when i chased them for the issue it was just a mcb trip. Dining space was bit messy not very clean.

This property is on the road between guptkashi and phata. The distance to both helipads i. E. Phata and guptkashi is approx 10 minutes by road. The hotel has very basic amenities. They serve food which is average. Staff are very cooperative and professional

Wild ants filled rooms.. rude staff, not value for money..one should avoid booking this property.. non professional people, they don't know abcd of hospitality. Stinky rooms, logged bathroom, on complaining, they have kept goons upfront the tourists.

The rooms were clean. However the water in the washroom was smelling very bad probably from over chemical treatment. Location is good and the staff very cooperative and cordial but like any indian 2 or 3 star hotels the washer towel and sheets were highly stained.

Location maybe decent but the hotel needs to be better for the modern traveller. Beds were dirty, service was bad- starting from the receptionist to the bell boy, everyone seemed uninterested to work. Telephone line was not working, extra pillow wasn’t there. The restaurant is close by which is good and the view from the hotel is great but other than that nothing much to offer

Stayed 1 night (because could not get 2 nights) as part of chardham yatra. Got a mountain view room. Rooms were average spacious, bed was very comfortable and bathroom and in general room interiors were well done. The hotel was kind enough to transfer the luggage from room to storage as well based on our yatra needs. Highly recommend.
