It is a nice hotel. Location is on main road. Staff is decent. I did not have food in hotel as i am not a foodie. There seems to be no switch for exhaust fan in the toilet. It is an unnecessary distraction.

1. Room- noisy (pump sound was coming in the room) 2. Room service- bad(towel was not there in the room, asked for towel but did not get till check-out) 3. Food - food is good 4. Dining services - bad ( as i booked the room in map, restaurant refused to deliver the food in the room while others can get this service) 5. Parking- worst ( if someone coming by his personal car, avoid this hotel as there is not proper parking available)

I find hotel through mmt, neat and clean rooms, good food, hotel staff behaviour is polite and helpful. Car parking is an issue there but food is very good and service is very prompt.

I recently stayed at Hotel Amber, Rudrapur, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite having a confirmed late-night check-in, the first two rooms offered were in unacceptable conditions—one with mold on the walls and even wild black mushrooms growing under the AC vent, and the second severely damp. The staff eventually provided a third room, which was more acceptable, but after a long delay and considering the bad weather, we had little choice but to take it. The overall experience was disappointing, and the room conditions did not meet basic standards of hygiene. I would recommend the hotel management to address these maintenance issues to ensure better comfort for future guests.

Hotel room is so small as compared to his price. Basic facilities like ac remoteis not available even many complaints. Room lock is not working. Over all a poor quality hotel as compared to price
