Hotel berhampiran Nanterre Universite Station, Rueil-Malmaison

Apparthotel réservé pour une famille deux parents deux enfants. La chambre est propre, suffisamment grande, rénovée il y a peu. La salle de bains nickel, cuisine aussi. Le lit et le canapé lit sur lequel ont dormi les enfants sont parfaits, bon matelas, oreillers confortables. Le monsieur à la réception est très gentil et aidant. Le bruit des trains ne nous a pas dérangés ( pourtant nous arrivons de la campagne) Bonus la salle de concert Arena est à 15 minutes à pied

bon rapport qualité prix pour un hotel proche de Paris...l'accueil et le personnel est trés sympa ... par contre il a besoin d'une réfection la chasse de notre chambre etait cassée.. il y a des odeurs de cuisine dans les couloirs... pour un bref séjour c'est ok ...a coté d'une avenue mais bien insonorisé. Le parking est gratuit et l'hotel est à 20 mn de la défense...

Bon accueil . Hôtel propre et calme . Facile pour l’accès à l’A13 et pour aller dans Paris ( 20 min env) Petit déjeuner à moins de 7€ . Parking sécurisée et gratuit le week-end . Chambre à 52€ la nuit . On reviendras ! Seul soucis : ne pas être frileux et ne pas aimer dormir la tête relever car oreiller assez fins.

My main complaint is that the air conditioning was off during our whole stay. We dreaded getting back to the hotel because we knew it would be hot and uncomfortable. The woman in the lobby was incredibly unfriendly and said that the AC was turned off to save on costs and that it wouldn't be turned on until April 28. April 29 came around (when we gladly checked out), and the AC was still off. The website advertises that all rooms have AC, which they do, but the hotel turns it off to cut costs. We asked if they at least had a fan, and she just said they didn't have fans. And the windows don't have screens on them, so if you open them to get some cool air in your room, you basically have an open hole to the outdoors. That was great when we opened ours, and the first thing we saw was a huge spiderweb with a spider on it by the corner. Also, the lobby is on the third floor of a building, and there is no elevator or escalator, so good luck getting there with disabilities or heavy luggage. Furthermore, the shower drain clogged the first night. The night staff spoke very little English, but we were able to work with them, and they moved us to a different room with a working drain. Since they seemed more friendly than the daytime woman, we also told them about the AC, but all they said was to wait 30 minutes for the AC to work. Obviously, it never worked. Lastly, this hotel is very near a train station, but keep in mind that it is an RER station outside of the Paris area (it's not a metro station), so if you get the Navigo card, that won't get you as far as you need to go. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, nor would I stay there ever again.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour sur cet hôtel d’accès facile. L’accueil a été très professionnel, la chambre et la salle de bains propres et bien agencés. Le restaurant avec les buffets d’entrées et de desserts ( j’ai apprécié les rillettes de poulet fait maison ) et le choix de plats chaud sur le buffet ou à la carte étaient appétissants et bien présentés. Les équipes sur place sont disponibles et très professionnelles. Merci à Juliette et son équipe. Je recommande cet hôtel que ce soit pour raisons professionnelles ou pour le loisirs.

Me and my brother stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to attend a concert at La Defense Arena, so chose this hotel for it's location. The reception is on the 1st floor and the check in was fine, the only thing we weren't told was the breakfast times, but that was in a leaflet in the room, that comes with some other useful information. Unfortunately when we walked into the room there was a horrible smell and after airing the place out for a bit, it was gone but soon came back when you close the window and left the room for a little while. There was nothing that seemed to be causing the smell, so we just kept the window open for fresh air when in the room. This smell was no where else in the hotel, like hallways or reception. When I booked the hotel, I should have looked more into the bathroom situation as I had no idea what a partially open bathroom would be, I couldn't find any photos on their website, so I am uploading a few of my own, not a great shower when sharing a room with your sibling! You can see completely into the shower, the wooden thing in front is basically useless and would be better just being a large plank of wood for some privacy. The toilet was tiny and very hard to move around in for a big person, although I am sure some smaller people would also struggle. The mattress on the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable and the bedding seemed to shed off onto our darker clothing, which was a pain. There was no mini fridge in the room, due to the hotel being eco friendly and the safe in the room is very narrow, so doesn't fit a lot or large items. The breakfast the next morning was disappointing, there was only 2 hot food options, scrambled eggs and eggs you could boil, on the second morning there was bacon but not scrambled eggs, there was a sign but nothing in the pot so I'm not sure if this was just the staff being slow at replenishing the food. There was a decent selection of cold meats and small pastries, but more hot food options would have been nice, but this may be a cultural thing? Unfortunately, not overall a great experience, especially for an apparent 4 star hotel.

I genuinely cant believe i paid over £200 per night for this The room was prison like; comprising of a rough metal bed, sponge mattress and very small room to manoeuvre around of it. The bathroom sink was in the room, the walk in shower opened into the main room where a bedside table would be and the toilet was in a small cupboard. I have never experienced a bathroom split between 3 areas especially not one where you have absolute zero privacy. There was no iron or hairdryer - there was 1 available at reception where you have to leave your passport as deposit. It looked as if it was built 100 years ago and the cracks papered over. It was hard to find and in a terrible location with hostile locals. Absolutely everything about this hotel was so grim except for the staff who were lovely

We reserved through *********** and we wanted to see the room before paying. We got asked to pay at reception and the payment declined, so we tried 2 separate cards. The receptionist tried to charge the card multiple times saying it’s declined but we only managed to pay for 2 nights and to try again later. When we went to try again they said we fully paid for the stay but we didn’t understand how this happened. When we checked out bank accounts we were in disbelief one card was charged around 600€ and the second cards payments of 800£ were pending (frozen) by the bank. This meant 1,4 thousand was gone from both cards. When we tried to figure this out and sent them proof of these payments no one understood how much money in total we lost/had frozen. The staff kept saying ‘the day before we leave everything will be sorted out’ but it didn’t and that ‘the manager will come at 9am until 10pm’ the manager never came and on our last day we said we will call the police because we don’t know if this will get solved by the management. We had a really bad experience from day one all of our money got charged/frozen and the whole holiday we had money problems and couldn’t enjoy France as much as we planned. We made phone calls every morning to resolve this and in the airport the kids had a mental breakdown from the stress. Disneyland, Eiffel Tower and museums are some of the places we couldn’t visit due to this. We had 2€ left in one of the cards 2.
