Hotel Rusutsu dengan Sarapan

Great with most amenities at door step from ski rental to locker room. Really convenient. For some reason they don’t make the bed every day and only took out the rubbish and provide fresh towels. They also have luggage storage if required. Room is relatively small for family but not too bad.

Please be reminded that the hotel check in has to be done before 18:00, after this time there will be no one at the reception and there is no option for distance online check in. Also hotline won't work after 6pm, so if your flight is delayed and you cannot contact the hotel before 18:00, you cannot check in and need to find alternative stay urgently. We managed to find another hotel near Chitose and they put an ipad at the reception for distance check in, we cannot help wondering why the same couldn't be done here, please at least make your hotline available before midnight. other than that, the hotel is clean, good condition and has a luxury feel.

Amazing service here! The owner should hire more staff to cater for more shuttle services to the mountain though as it would be good to get up there earlier on pow days. The staff were so lovely and friendly. Super helpful always. Would stay again for sure.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast. It was plentiful, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from each morning. I also thoroughly enjoyed the on-site hot springs. They were relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, my room offered a stunning view, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an excellent base with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

在元旦“春運”期間訂到這家木屋旅管，真是幸運！前台日本小哥年輕熱情，還很耐心幫我電話長途汽車公司修改預訂班次。旅店、餐廳打理都是歐美人，西式、簡單；雖然是公共衞生，但使用方便、乾淨；西式晚餐層次豐富，有點驚艷。短短兩天，印象美好！

宿泊施設は一棟借りで外観、室内も全て素晴らしかったです。室内から見える景色も最高でお部屋も多く各部屋にユニットバス付きで贅沢過ぎるくらいでした！ ペット同伴で泊まれるのも有難かったです。(別途料金かかります。現時点では1匹2000円) 地デジは入りませんがNetflixやYouTubeがテレビで見れたので問題なく楽しめました！ 困った事があればLINEですぐ聞けたので安心して宿泊できました。 また行きたいと思える宿です！
