Calidad precio ésta bien, pero detalles como las limpiadoras se pasarán una vez en los primeros 5 días, bichos en la habitación aunque no en exceso (entendible ya que lo que rodea es campo), algo de pelo en la pared de la ducha y manchas en paredes de sangre de haber matado a mosquitos. Tuvimos que pedir el mando del televisor y el de mando acondicionado aunque este no fue necesario. No proporcionan jabón aunque sí toallas. De utensilios de cocina ésta bien, otorgan los precios y útiles.

Ubicación buena en Sa coma, la playa está a dos pasos y lo tiene todo a mano. Es una zona mayormente tranquila. Todo bien, pero cabe destacar que el apartamento carece de utensilios básicos de cocina. Las ventanas del balcón no cierran, y si cierran son complicadas de volverlas a abrir. ...y cosas varias que deberían solucionar para una mejor estancia del cliente. La limpieza, peeesima!! No limpian cuando toca y cuando lo hacen...prefieres que ni lo hubieran hecho. Suelos empapados tanto en el apartamento como en las escaleras y rellanos de fuera, charcos cada día. Un peligro! Las bolsas de basura días en la puerta, con lo cual, mala impresión para el cliente, moscas y olor. En fin...para no terminar...

I read the reviews and to be honest I was dreading this holiday, I even tried to change it but I was too late. So glad though. The apartments are lovely , clean and the staff are just fabulous so for all the Karen’s out there, had they have just raised their concerns with the staff, I’m pretty certain they would have been resolved. This is not a 5* resort, you get what you pay for and a bit more. You will get cockroaches in any county no matter the grade of hotel. The rooms are cleaned twice a week but if you require clean towels or bedding then just go and speak to the ladies at the bar/reception and they will sort you out along with anything else you may need. Easy access to the shops/restaurants and beach via the path at the side of the hotel, don’t go the long way round like we did on the first day the bar/reception stock most drinks and there is a vending machine for snacks, they also sell snacks at the bar. I would definitely go here again. The only thing I would suggest is that you don’t stay in an apartment on the pool side as they are shaded most of the day. Other than that, we had a lovely time at this complex.happy to answer any questions you may have

We had an awesome stay, all of the staff especially Lissy were very friendly & accommodating. The apartment complex was very clean & tidy. Will definitely return! Our kids spent a lot of time in the pool and we made use of the tennis court. It's within walking distance of the beach and restaurants.

We arrived at night and a lovely lady called Bea was there to receive us(she was really helpful). Sa coma is a very cute village, with lots to do. Beautiful beaches and little shops. Recommended for families since the beach is safe and easy to reach. The apartments are small but good enough for a family of 4.

We decided to do budget this year so we can go on several holidays. Absolutely for your money, lovely people, thank you for a great stay Location is perfect! Pool is lovely! We only had one minor issue which couldn't have been dealt with any quicker
