Hyatt House Sacramento Airport North Natomas

This hotel have very big room and clean and it’s right next to the airport but still have no sound

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PROPERTY! Terrible customer service. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. I couldn't even get a simple receipt from the desk clerk. The gym was closed unexpectedly a couple days. This property is practically brand new and still has a ton of issues. I asked to speak to the manger several times to express my concerns and kept getting the run around by the front desk staff. I asked for the manager's name, phone number, business card, or any form of contact and was refused any information. They simply said the manger was not there at the time and to try again later. Another time I came to the front desk to check if a manger was there, they gave me the same answer and as I was walking away, were even laughing amongst themselves at me and my request. They seemed to have no care about my quality of stay. I came to the lobby a third time to check for the manager and finally was able to speak to a lady who claimed to be the "supervisor" who was also at the front desk the previous two times I asked! Why would they not let me speak to her during those times? I felt discriminated and the Hyatt corporation should be aware of the staff's incompetencies. Additionally, the heating/ac unit in our room was extremely loud. We notified the staff and they came to look at it but were not able to fix or move us to a new room. Again, this property just opened up and is already feeling like its 50 years old! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have stayed here twice in the last month. It’s clean, efficient and the rooms are large and spacious. I’m not sure if I got upgraded or if all rooms are as big but I had 2 queens, a couch, and a kitchenette, complete with a dishwasher. Both times I was only staying one night on the way to the airport but I did make tea. The front desk is always very sweet, the market offers all kinds of drinks and snack and the bar is open and spacious. It is definitely my favorite “go to” when I have an early flight out of Sacramento.

I was very impressed with the Hotel. Very clean rooms,very convenient transportation to the Airport, and above all else outstanding and friendly guest service.I well definitely stay here again anytime I fly out of the Sacramento Airport.

Very nice place to stay. Close to Sac waterfront, downtown area, airport, and easy access to I-5. We had the King suite and it was perfect! Clean, spacious, quiet. Mini fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, range, microwave and even a garbage disposal! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again when visiting.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable for a family of 4. We got a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. There’s also a mini kitchen too!

The cleanliness of this hotel is impeccable, quiet surrounding area, friendly staff, great service ,Will definitely book again.!

This was a great location for an early morning flight. The hotel was clean and felt very new - options for food and drinks on the lobby, plenty of parking.

Very new fresh and clean! Quiet to sleep. Friendly front desk and all of the staff! Close to SMF. Definitely recommend!
