The hotel and its staff are perfect. It’s beautiful and well kept. The staff are incredibly sweet and everyone was very attentive. The restaurant is beautiful and the food, amazing. Bravo

Loved this property, the decor and sophistication was great! Prosecco upon arrival made it feel like a vacation :). Only downside was the $50 parking, which seems obsurd for one night.

The hotel is right across from a pretty gnarly park and over all the rooms are really loud if you are facing Jay or 10th street since there is a night club there as well.

The hotel itself idle fine and there were no issues with the actual room, but I was charged for valet parking and I never parked a car with the hotel or had any conversations with anyone about parking my car.

Ok hotel. First room we had, the carpet was wet. We moved to another room, not too much empathy on the inconvenience. They didn’t give us all the vip info from *******, I had to ask. The coffee was empty Sunday morning, but the person did offer to get some. Again, they had some opportunities to provide good service and just didn’t recognize them. Not a bad place at all, but underwhelmed considering price and how they market themselves. Location is the primary reason to stay here if you are going to events at the arena.

Convenient location. Easy walk to the arena and.
Couple of blocks away from restaurants and bars.
The property was noisy. The grill of the AC keep vibrating and the other guest keep talking loud outside the room.
Nice restaurant and BAR.

The staff was wonderful. The room was very clean and organized. There was toilet paper in the toilet upon our arrival, but that didn't ruin our stay. We just flushed it!

The stay was good! There are ups and downs. The area for 2 people is good. The bathroom couldve been a little wider but its fine. But the view is pretty good and convienent for me and my friend to walk to the con for like 5 mins.
